Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit Marcus Century Cinema in Fargo and overall, I had a positive experience. Here is my personal review of the cinema:
The location of the cinema is convenient, with plenty of parking available. The exterior and lobby of the cinema are clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
Inside, the theater rooms are spacious, providing ample legroom and comfortable seating. The seats themselves are modern and cushioned, allowing for a comfortable viewing experience. The cinema also offers a range of seating options, such as traditional seats and recliners, catering to different preferences.
The picture and sound quality in the theater I visited were excellent. The screen was large and the image was clear, enhancing the overall viewing experience. The sound system was also impressive, with crisp and immersive audio.
One aspect that stood out to me was the wide selection of movies available. Marcus Century Cinema offers a diverse lineup of films, from the latest blockbusters to art-house films. This variety allows for different movie preferences to be catered to, ensuring that there is something for everyone.
In terms of concessions, Marcus Century Cinema offers a decent selection of snacks and drinks. The prices are relatively standard for a theater, and the service is efficient. However, it would have been great to see a greater variety of food options available, as the choices were quite limited.
The staff at Marcus Century Cinema were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They were quick to assist with any questions or concerns, and the overall customer service was commendable.
In summary, my experience at Marcus Century Cinema in Fargo was positive. With its convenient location, comfortable seating, high-quality audio/visual technology, and wide selection of movies, it is a great place to enjoy a night out at the movies. The only area for improvement would be expanding the food offerings. I would certainly recommend this cinema to anyone living in or visiting...
Read moreI took my 14 year old kids with friends to a 9:00 movie that required a adult to watch with them. One of the other mom bought the ticket and then I was on my way to sit in the movie with the kids. When I got there the night time manager with short blonde hair and a major attitude had kicked them out of the building. I was late getting there and told the kids to tell them I was on my way but running behind. They did tell them. And still they kicked them outside at 9:30 at night. 14 year olds are very loud when they are all together which can be interpreted as rude. The kids told me the staff asked what school they were from. When they said West Fargo the staff said oh that figures. West fargo kids are always rude. I had a talk with staff when I arrived. They said the kids were rude and I explained the kids didn’t know what was going on between us two moms with who was coming to watch with them. I then asked if we could get a refund if they weren’t going to let us in to watch the movie. They said no refund. I just want to say the kid that I talked to before the manager handled this situation way better than the manager. His name is Jordan. He was willing to have a reasonable conversation about it all. While I was talking to him the manager came out with a huge attitude about all of it. Very very unprofessional. This is very disappointing as we have spent a lot of money at this theater. I apologized to them if the kids seemed rude. I know they can sometimes seem that way. Still no refund and would not let us in to watch the movie. I guess this manager was never young once and can’t remember how it feels to be 14. I suggest a different theater where they will treat their customers...
Read moreMe and my boyfriend love scary movies and like all the movies that come out r rated r so u have to have a parents permission. This movie we went to we had my boyfriends brother and my boyfriends brothers girlfriend (My friend). We usually order the tickets online so we will get the seats we want. When we get to the movie theater though, there is this worker there named Alex and he is so rude. He seems like he would be a very nice guy but he is mean. We showed him our reservation for the movie tickets we ordered online and he said “this movie is rated r so unless u have a parents permission we can’t let u in. “ we told him we don’t have any parent with us and he said u can’t go in unless u have a parents permission and my friend said “well we ordered these online last time and came here and he got in just fine so idk what the problem is now” and he sighed and said snotty “ was it a girl named Joyce, old lady, short?” We said idk and my boyfriend pointed to the guy behind him and said “ that was the guy that helped us last time and he said it was ok” apparently that guy was the manager of this place. He gave up and said rudely “whatever, enjoy ur movie” and slammed our tickets on the table. Idk what that guys problem was but he did not have to make such a big deal out of nothing. He could’ve simple just asked us nicely if we had a parent with us for permission and evrything would’ve been different. If anyone else has been through something similar to what I have been through with this worker then let me know. I would really like to know who the...
