Spirits Lounge — Restaurant in Fargo

Went Holiday Inn to dine at the Gallary for a birthday dinner. Called earlier in the day and was informed they were open all day. Went at 6 pm only to find out they only served food at that time in the bar. Menu was limited.bar was noisy. Waitress very unfriendly and acted like we were putting her out by ordering a meal. Ordered steaks which were all cooked good but were grizzled. Hash browns were a joke as were a thin layer under the steak so juices ran into them. Asparagus was overcooked and tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Waitress never came back and asked how food was. Was asked for a beverage at beginning of meal with no other interaction from waitress. Was really disappointed...

Walk in to play some blackjack, saw they were in the middle of the game so I waited off to the side. The dealer then says I cant have you standing in here, even though no one is near me, I told her I'm waiting for the game to finish, she says theres no open, i ask how so theres only 3 people at the table and theres 3 spot not being played on, also ask if they change there rules with covid, doesnt answer it... I will never be back. Brickhouse west fargo 10 times better if you considering going to a bar or...

I was in for lunch on Saturday. Place looks great. The food was tasty, their fries are really on point, maybe the best in town. Molly the bartender was great. She had a good rapport with her customers and did a good job of checking in with everyone despite being the only person there. It kinda felt like what I would imagine a modern version of Cheers would be, which is not something you would expect from...
