I was not ready to purchase today but they gave me the info I needed on a business card so when I'm ready to purchase I know what I am buying and where I am buying. I had a horrible experience with, Tony, the sales associate today. I went to go pick up the product I bought over the phone at the exchange station. The receipt stated what I bought but when I got home to find out the product was incorrect. I went to the store to resolve the issue. The sales associate couldn't understand that he was at fault. He made some comments and treated me with so much disrespect. I don't know if Outdoorsman supports this behavior but I want people to know so they don't have to go through this...
