Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Fargo

Was in the lobby waiting for 10 mins. I even stood in the line to talk to a CC person but it was pretty busy in there and left again to see if anyone was at caribou. I didn’t want to be rude and yell for someone so I decided to call them and a woman answered and I asked if they were open and she responded with “excuse me? We’re open at 6” with attitude and then someone heard me on the phone and decided to check if there was a costumer. The girl that took the order was super sweet tho! 15 mins in total to get a coffee when there was no one in line other than me. I was running late for my nail appointment so I was getting my girl and I some coffee and I was way more behind after stopping here....

I had a raspberry green bubble tea minus the bubbles and coconut milk instead of regular. The employee working made the best one of these drinks I have had in all of the Caribou's I have ever been to. They confirmed that it was coconut milk as I sometimes end up with real milk even though I ask for coconut milk. The employee was also lactose intolerant which made me appreciate my drink even more. This location seems to be slipping, particularly in the past few months. It is obvious that drive up customers get priority over walk in customers, which is baffling to me. But more importantly, it is understaffed and perhaps under managed.
