I've been here twice now and I honestly won't be returning. This place is so overstimulating and overpriced. For one, the clothes are mainly polyester with a 300% markup. They carry fast-fashion quality knockoffs at Urban Outfitters/Anthropologie prices. Also, the employees are encouraged to be in your face throughout the entire shopping experience. The girls who helped me were very sweet, and I understand they have to be outgoing, but the forced-outgoingness honestly made the whole customer experience feel disingenuous. I adore taking a look at the new items that come into the shop. There’s a lot of stuff that’s reworked and fun accessories. My biggest complaint outside of prize, as I’m okay with spending a little bit more for good quality, is that the sizes mostly ever go up to L. I have found items that I fit in the range given but if you’re plus size or even mid size finding clothes that fit can be a challenge. She took her time to help me locate inventory in my size and suggested similar items! When it came time to purchase our items, the card machine failed and she was sure to show my husband that the receipt showed canceled (talk about proactive customer service!).
