My friends, my husband and I went to this town and found this store. Our husbands were paying for our items. And as I stood looking at the soaps the girl behind me comes and asked me "if this was my soap? " to which I said "no" there was a cute ducky soap in a mini bathtub I took a picture of. and someone else comes and starts talking in a way that she sounded upset I was touching the soap. Such an amazing place! Not only do they have great products but they have great service! They're in Flagstaff, Arizona and I live in Peoria, Arizona. Two and a half hours away. I bought my daughter a necklace from them when I was visiting Flagstaff a few months ago, and it accidentally broke after we had gotten back home to Peoria. So I called them up to see if they could replace it and send a new one to me, thinking they'd say no, but they actually said that they absolutely would at no charge to me! Customer service A+++. I love shopping here when I visit Flagstaff. I always find cute, thoughtful items. Over the summer, I purchased an inexpensive Arizona Pine decal and recently put it on my vehicle. A few days later, I unexpectedly upgraded my vehicle and was sad to lose the decal. I called the store, the girls were super helpful, and I was able to purchase a new one over the phone and have it shipped down to the Phoenix area. They included a sweet note and an extra sticker!
