I went twice in a day and NEVER going back. After not shopping here for a few years (at their old location) because a friend of mine was physically harassed by their security for playing his banjo on the sidewalk I decided I'd give them a try again. Bad idea. First I went there and spent about $125 on some vape carts, they told me I had some in store credit for that purchase. So that evening I wanted to get a couple joints and instead of getting $5 1g joints at Green Pharms (highly recommend them) I went to Noble to use that in store credit to pick up a couple nicer infused pre-rolls. Well I parked there in the back of their almost empty parking lot in my small RV (same vehicle I was in earlier, and barely longer than a van or truck). Halfway to the door I was quickly approached by a very hot tempered security guard who demanded I immediately leave with my RV. He than instructed me to illegally park nextdoor where I could be having my vehicle impounded. I did so. I than went into Noble Herb and checked in. The same two ladies who where there earlier where at the desk. Earlier I had told them about my friend and his banjo and why I had stayed away from that store for so long. Now I tell these ladies what just happened with the security guard. They tell me there is a no trailer policy for the parking lot and he was just doing his job and I respond by saying, "in all due respect he could have used some discretion and common sense considering your parking lot is empty." The security guard heard me say that and started getting heated with me telling me if I'm going to undermine him doing his job I need to leave. I told him that I'm entitled to my opinion of his service and if like his managers information before I leave. I told him his tone with me was unprofessional and I had done exactly as he asked when he had me move my RV and that my right to my opinion shouldn't constitute him trespassing me from the property as how I stated it was not insulting in any way. After a few uncomfortable moments the store manager approached me and I asked her if we could step outside and talk. I explained to her what happened, she admitted to me most of their negative reviews (like this one) are in regards to their security guards aggressive demeanor. Thankfully she had the guard go elsewhere and they quickly served me and I got on my way. Green Pharms doesn't have security and they have the lowest process in Flagstaff, Ponderosa (High Mountain) has security who act like human beings instead of rabid dogs. Noble Herb needs to do better, get rid of the bs security company you use and hire someone better. Until then you won't...
Read moreEdit: I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years now. The personality of the place has been on a steady downhill as their $$$ increases. I brought my girlfriend in for the first time tonight. She doesn’t smoke or enjoy weed for any reason, and I convinced her to come in for a quick tour as I was picking something up for myself. We were viewing the current display of flower (which is a wall of different specimens encased in plastic on shelves for viewing. Each strain is attached to a retractable cord for handling and viewing). As I was showing my partner the variety of buds and contemplating a purchase for myself, the manager yelled from across the store for me to “keep my hands off of them.” Ummm… what?? How embarrassing. It took a moment to realize, but as it was an hour before closing (on the dot 9PM) I assume she (the manager) was focused on closing as early as possible when the clock struck 10PM and didn’t want the extra work of cleaning my fingerprints off of the displays? I only came to this conclusion as she sent a worker over to immediately polish the piece I had just touched. Are you kidding me?! I approached the counter to make my purchase and the employee instantly apologized for her behavior, stating “sorry about my manager, that seemed pretty harsh.” I made my purchase, sans flower, and left immediately. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the years, recommend this location to my visiting clients, and am very happy to decide to finally take my business elsewhere. Nice knowin ya! ✌️
Very easy to navigate for my first time visiting a dispensary. Staff was very kind and helpful, walking me through menu options to fit my needs. Surprised by their generous new customer deals and various specials throughout the week. Looking forward to my next...
Read moreThe service quality at the door was awesome, both the girls there were incredibly curteous and kind to myself and my wife when we came in. That is however where the pleasantries stopped when it came to customer service. The lobby and overall shopping floor was incredibly clean aswell as very appealing displays. As we were getting ready to check out we approached our budtender by the name of Nick. Before he had even finished his greeting he was informing me that my wife was not welcome at the counter, she also has a medical card so I was confused to say the least. She decided that if she isnt be welcome she might aswell pull money. I went through the full transaction with Mr. Nick for him to then tell me that I am not allowed to accept money from my WIFE who took money from our JOINT account who if she very well chose is allowed at the counter as she ALSO HAS A MEDICAL CARD. I don't feel I'm being unreasonable when I'd like my significant other with me as I purchase something I use for medicinal purposes.
I work for a dispensary in Arizona as well, im familiar with the laws however im not familiar with the policies this dispensary has. Multiple couples were however allowed to approach the counter with no issue. Dispensaries are a place where people come to medicate for a slue of reasons. Plenty of them are for legitimate disorders that abrasive personalities that take more stock in the fake chains around their neck than the customers they're serving probably shouldn't work in a market that relies on tending to those in...
