Wicked AZ Coffee - Downtown — Restaurant in Flagstaff

I have been reliably going to this Location for the past few months since it is convenient and the coffee is usually good. I have outright avoided the east side location due to the girls not wearing masks. Up until this point, the girls downtown were generally good about wearing masks except for the occasional slip. Today there were two girls one without a mask at all, and the girl making my drink had a mask on at first and then took it off to speak to the other girl while she was still making my drink. Businesses should be taking the highest precautions in regard to covid and I am disappointed that the workers don’t care about proper mask wearing which makes me question their other practices. I will not be attending any Wicked in the near future, unfortunately I trust bigger corporations to be following...

Not one to leave reviews often. But I am disappointed with this place! Whenever I’m in town I drive by and I’ve been meaning to visit and get a coffee because I love supporting local. We just went for a hike today and then grabbed a coffee afterwards. We ordered six drinks and which I understand can be overwhelming (given I have worked several Barista jobs) Although, we were the only people in line at this time. Our order was incorrect when it came out. The girl working was annoyed with us that it was incorrect. We didn’t ask her to remake any of it, but asked if she could simply add milk to two of the drinks. She wouldn’t speak to us or look at us and made us feel very unwanted at this point. I will not be spending my money at this business again unfortunately, even though it’s across the street...

I was SO excited to visit this coffee shop until the visit. The girl who was working had no idea what she was talking about regarding coffee. I asked her twice about the espresso bean flavor notes and what kind of bean the shop uses. All she could say was "it's espresso bean". I'm a former barista and I wanted to know this information. The answer wasn't not pleasing to me. The coffee was also disgusting. It wasn't sweet at all like I asked, they only have 2 milk options, and the latte was watery. Took 3 sips and threw it away.
