The good - high tech, fast, clean, spacious, comfortable lifts. Wide trails. Fun The bad: absolutely NOT worth $300 a day to ski !!!!!! I didn’t have a pass I bought a year in advance. I just came to go ski and it’s way overpriced. I WILL NOT return. Plus 15 - 30 minute lift lines and longer all day and that was off season.

Steamboat NEVER EVER disappoints! The day I left the mountain got at least 8 inches and this was late March. New Gondola all the way to the top is a great addition. I hope I can come back to this resort on a yearly basis

The most amazing place to ski. Great lodges. Wish they had beer on tap that would make it even more better. Easy to get on the gondolas. Lots of skiing acres. We had a blast there. Cannot wait to go back.

Steamboat NEVER EVER disappoints! The day I left the mountain got at least 8 inches and this was late March. New Gondola all the way to the top is a great addition. I hope I can come back to this resort on a yearly basis

This was my second year in a row coming to Steamboat for a ski vacation with my family. When the lifts are running, this is a great place to ski. We also like the nearby town and relaxed vibe.

Steamboat has a good ski school, but the group lessons are definitely overpriced which limits the number of days our kids could take lessons.

Unfortunately, the mountain was effectively closed for 1.5 days of my 6 day ski vacation due to wind with no refunds on pre-purchased lift tickets. I was told it was due to the direction of the wind because it didn't really feel excessive. I have been on lifts at the top of mountains at other ski resorts under much windier conditions...
