I go downstairs. Wait 5 minutes. We have a tab, want another drink and some nacho fries. Sorry, if you’re outside, you need to go to the to-go window out there and order. Fine.
Go outside and wait 15 minutes. And wait. And wait. Woman in front of me has been there 10 minutes with 2 parties in front of her. They order and cancel their food because it’s taken so long.
I have to start a new tab. Bartender is slammed and is covering stools, service bar and to-go.
Whoever manages this place need to get a clue.

We have spent thousands of dollars at Steamboat Springs Ski Resort this year and we were happy to patronize this local restaurant to support the local business, but upon sitting down and ordering we were harassed by waitstaff and owner because my daughter was not ordering food off their menu while the other 5 of us did. They wanted her to leave and she’s only 15 years old. So instead, we all left and they lost money off the order we had already placed. It’s unfortunate for them because we would have come back during our visit and spent more money. We’re on vacation so we’re happy to spend! The menu is mediocre at best. Customer service is all they can really sell and they failed miserably. This restaurant will not make it once ski season is over. They should be grateful people are willing to travel and support...
Read moreWhere to start food is mediocre at best. The service was ok except the waitress didn’t know menu or pricing. When bill came they charged us actual price not price told to us by waitress. Then when we bring it up to her she gets snarky with attitude. The manager makes it seem like it was our misunderstanding. They then charge a extra 3 percent kitchen staff appreciation tax and auto gratuity if 20% ok top of the already included 3 percent charge. Then comes out and says he doesn’t care what review we leave they have been in operation for 30 years and will continue to be so for 30 more. This shows the quality and integrity of the restaurant.
