Zumiez — Attraction in Glenwood Springs

We bought a skateboard and parts from our local glenwood springs store. I spent over $200.00 so my son could have his first valued skateboard. The assistanat manager was nice enough to assemble it and even taught my 13 year old son more about the process. Less than two weeks later we noticed there were 4 pressure cracks around the trucks. When we brought the deck back to get a replacement they refused, even after the assistanat manager had admitted to fault regarding the assembly. He said that the cracks were most likely caused by him "over cranking" while assembling the board. I do not recommend shopping at that store for any type of skateboard accessory or equipment. I love the fashion and all the cool accessories but, I do admit, the staff is very "interesting." I understand they're kids, but they shouldn't be blasting music with multiple racial slurs.
