Fusion Audio + Video — Attraction in Greenville

I became the proud owner of a very outdated whole home audio system (18 years old). By and large we could get sound from all the speakers in all rooms, BUT - our system needed updating and simlification and some additional equipment (TV's) due to added space. Another of Fusions competitors was never an option for me (too many sad stories at too much expense), and as such, I became intimately involved in every facet, especially the cost. I mostly worked with Bill as we went back and forth on our design and implementation. He was extremely professional, timely, creative and VERY helpful with ideas and suggestions. In short order, we had exactly what we thought we needed. During that process - if I could find the same equipment for a lower price - Fusion adjusted to the lower price, which I thought was a more than fair approach and very nice touch. Implementation didn't initially kick off quite so smoothly but was quickly sorted out when Bill made a site visit and clarified and adjusted our plan.

Then magic happend!

I had sound again in every room and powered by new amps and a few new speakers. Duing my project, I worked with 5 Fusion employees including their CFO. EVERYONE was very professional, customer focused, caring, persistent, and did everything they could to assure my total satisfaction (long lost qualities in a lot of company's if you ask me).

I was super tired of seeing all the wires hanging down from behind our TV and I really wanted some security measures installed. Fusion's technician put in a wonderful alarm system made up of breakpoints at windows and doors as well as something that makes the alarm go off when glass is shattered (I can't remember what it's called). The tutorial was very helpful and made it very easy for me to understand exactly how to set the alarm, change passwords, and do whatever else I needed. I have DIRECTV as my TV provider. Had upgrades made and since then they have messed up all my settings on the TV. They have been to my home twice and told me different stories why my system is not working (bad remotes, receiver is bad etc.) nothing was further from the truth. BILL has put everything back the way it should be. He is very professional and hard-working. Even asked if there was anything else I wanted him to check. Thank you fusion for sending him to my home.
