William and Amy were absolutely amazing to deal with. They were recommended by friends and I walked in knowing I wanted an engagement ring and had ideas of what I had in mind but really didn’t know the questions to ask or what exactly I was looking for. I sort of needed someone to guide me and thoroughly explain what I would be getting so that I was comfortable and Amy and William were just that.
I ended up having a ring custom made by William and he’s an absolute artist at what he does. When I started this process, any visions I had of the finished product were absolutely blown out of the water by William’s talents. I never could have anticipated falling in love with the ring as much as I did. William walked me through the types, cuts, and grading of various diamonds so I knew what I was getting and I was absolutely comfortable through every step of the process.
If you’re looking for a unique gift for someone, I would absolutely approach William about the work that he does, but regardless I would have no qualms about returning to Jerry Land Jewelers for all of my future jewelry needs. They were more than fair and really helped me come up with a ring that my then-girlfriend was absolutely blown away by.
Amy and William’s friendly nature, personal touches and customer service were everything I was looking for in a jeweler when I started asking friends where I should go when I started ring shopping. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and I will absolutely return! Thanks again,...

I initially went in to have a tri-color gold bracelet repaired. It was a piece of jewelry I bought myself with my first paycheck...so we are talking at least 45 years ago. They recommended doing more than I initially wanted, but it came back looking brand spanking new! So glad I listened to them and had the additional links built up.
Today I called to see if they repaired watches. While they did not, they did warn me their Watch Repair guy was particular about what he would fix, and as this was not an expensive watch—a Disney Goofy Watch that runs counterclockwise, but was sentimental to me—to be prepared that it may not be something that could be fixed.
So my initial hope going in? That even though it wasn't anything special as far as watches go, that he would try to get his watch guy to at least take a look. Instead, he opened it up, saw the problem and fixed it on the spot! Considering its 12.30, my New Year's is now staring out even more special because of them!
So if you need a good jeweler, whether to purchase something new or have something fixed...Jerry Land is the first place...
Read moreThey claim to beat anyone's price around if you sell them silver or gold - yeah, maybe that's because no one else is really around. It's a father, mother, and son operation. The ruse is to let the mother and/or son give you a horrible price, then, if you complain that you've been offered more elsewhere, the man comes out from the back with a more reasonable offer. The mother and son tried to question the authenticity of my gold, saying they didn't think it was 14K. But the old man said it was. Then he offered me 425 dollars. I said to give me a day or two to think about it, to which he said, "Well, don't take too long, or I'll take back my offer." I mailed my gold to an online place (they insure and pay postage). A day later I got an offer of 505.30. Soooo, if you're desperate for money on the spot, and you can weave thru the web of deceit, you can try it. Otherwise, don't go into this rinky dink place that isn't upfront and can take advantage of the fact that they have little competition because they're in the...
