Worst pedicure I’ve ever received. I already cut my toe nails, just needed to have my nails filed down and dead skin removed from toes. Did not need a callous removal, as there’s no callouses, just some dried dead skin by my nails that need to get cleaned up. My nail tech did the bare minimum. My feet were soaking for a total of maybe 3-5 minutes max. I mean total time. All together. From dipping my feet to cleaning them. I’m not sure how she thought this was an appropriate amount of time between cleaning and soaking? Wanted to argue with me when I asked her to please clean up my toes as she was getting ready to start a massage already. I had to grab the scrubby tool and show her the dead skin I wanted off. It took me 3 seconds to rub the skin off my toe. Completely lazy and wanted to argue then started scrubbing the bottom of my foot after I repeatedly told her no! Just the toes! Worst nail polish job ever. This woman does not care about her skill, her customers or anything. I’m going to go home and try to clean up the sloppy job she did. I can’t believe people are ok with arguing with a paying customer over something so manini. Then had to come back and have her fix one of my toes because I made one step outside and the polish starting splitting and had a black line in between the polish. No idea what it was or what caused it. I feel if she had taken the time to do the job properly none of this would have occurred. Maybe I’m misinterpreting what a pedicure is, is it wrong to expect my toe nails tidied up and the surrounding area? Or is a pedicure something totally different? If you’re looking for a decent basic pedicure this is not the place.

Edited to add: I’m eagerly anticipating the coming argument as well from the owner as it is evident on every single bad review that they blame the customer. Going back to Pure Nails where they care about their work and...

This place is a huge scam. They prey on costumers and leave them walking away disappointed. This was a last resort walk-in visit while other nail salons were too busy to take me and my friend, and I no longer believe the third time’s a charm. I had called in advance to get an idea of the pricing, and they blatantly lied and said a full set of acrylic nails would cost us ~$60 (of course I was prepared to pay a bit more because I know most salons have random fees, but this place was ridiculous, I’ll return to the price shortly) When we arrived, the wait wasn’t bad, only 20 or so minutes for my friend to be seated, and it was decently busy. About 15 minutes into my friends nails, another technician had seated me across the room. Unbeknownst to me, once I left my friend’s side, she was berated and told that her color and style choices were ugly and stupid, and was persuaded into changing her original idea. Meanwhile, I was having a pretty pleasant time with my technician, but my first red flag was when she told me the metallic polish would be more than $30 extra on top of the price, which had somehow brought my nails to $140 in total! This was not including my tip to the technician herself! The entire appointment, she told me how nice and chic my stiletto nails looked, and even asked for the reference photo to be sent to her…she never sent the reference photo to herself, and instead WENT THROUGH MY GOOGLE TO GIVE THE SALON A FALSE 5 STAR REVIEW!!! Once I left the salon and got down the highway, I noticed all the imperfections and cracking that had already appeared. My friend ended up paying almost $100 for simple, short blue acrylics with one shimmer on the ring finger. Overall, this is the sketchiest salon I’ve ever been to, and you will leave paying double what you expect, for half...

I came here because of the positive reviews…I truly wish I could leave one, but no. I was literally the first customer at 10am and it took over 2.5 hours for a pedicure and a new set of gel x nails. My pedicure was totally great, zero issues there. It started going downhill once Tina started doing my new set. I could clearly see that she was using WAYYYYYY too much bonder for the nails. She wiped the excess glue/bonder from each nail repeatedly. The nails were floating on the glue. She put a couple of nails on crooked which I addressed and she did straighten out. She then went on to say that she had to lay some nail higher on my nail bed due to whatever reason she gave. I mentioned that I’ve been getting gel x nails for some time now and have never had an issue and have never been told there was an issue with my nail. She proceeded to ask me if I had gotten my nails done in Hawaii before, which I had, as if the technique is different here. I’m a 48 year old woman that has been getting my nails done since I was in my 20’s. I’m not a newbie in anyway. It has been 48 hours and I am now missing a nail because it fell off and my hair is getting caught at my cuticle beds because the nails are so lifted from the glue. Seriously terrible job and I’m so disappointed after paying $110 for JUST the gel x set. I could easily pop off each nail without any effort whatsoever. I do not work and am not hard on my hands at all, I do not use any harsh chemicals or use my hands or nails in any way that would cause this. Like I mentioned before, I have been getting gel x nails for quite some time and have never once had one come off. Super disappointing!!! Btw…they add tax to their services which is also something I’ve never seen done at...
