I wish Google can support 0 star feature. Extremely bad intentions from people working in this building, ie store owners and janitors workers. We visited here for voyage rental car service. We were asking for a restroom at the entrance. On the bottom floor, the store owner said there is no restroom in this building, and asked us to go to the opposite building second floor. Then we went to the top floor for taking our car, and we attempted again by asking the rental car service people again. They told us there is restroom actually available on the second floor and third floor with a code and told us the code. Then we went back to the second floor and searched the restroom. We asked the janitor worker. She, a mean lady with extremely ill intention, pointed us the wrong way, which is the emergency exit. We returned back, and navigated our way to the restroom finally on our own. When we confronted her, she basically said store owner should tell us the exact location. I cannot believe such thing happens in Hawaii USA, an international welcoming paradise supposed to be friendly, but ended up throwing us stones with bad intentions. I wanted to report the trash behaviors here and would not recommend anyone visit this...
