My experience at the Golden Goose store in the Galleria was far from what I had anticipated. Excited to treat myself to my first pair of Golden Goose sneakers as a birthday gift, I entered the store with high expectations, only to be met with disappointment.
Firstly, no one greeted me upon my arrival, which immediately set a negative tone. As I approached the artist responsible for customizing the sneakers, I was taken aback by his rude and sarcastic demeanor. Despite my genuine interest and questions about the custom/design process, his attitude was dismissive and condescending.
When I inquired about the possibility of incorporating my brand's logo onto the shoe, his response was unnecessarily cocky and arrogant. His lack of professionalism was evident, leaving both myself and my confused mother feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
Disheartened by the artist's behavior, I attempted to proceed with browsing the available sneakers, hoping for a better experience. However, it became apparent that I was being overlooked, as no team members approached me to offer assistance or answer any questions I may have had.
Despite the presence of idle team members within the store, none made an effort to engage with me, leaving me feeling invisible and undervalued as a potential customer.
As someone who was genuinely excited about making a purchase, this experience has left me feeling disheartened and discouraged. The lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by the staff at the Golden Goose store was truly disappointing, and I am left reconsidering my decision to patronize this establishment...

Despite having availability for this on the website the store manager told me they could not accommodate me because they stopped at 6 today. She also said Italians run the website and they do not understand how the store is timed (weird because Iāve been trying to find a time to get this done for 2 months and they certainly have had slots being booked through the website during that time). The manager was incredibly condescending and bordered on rude with the way she spoke not only to me but with another employee around me. Unfortunately it looks like I wonāt be purchasing from there any longer...

I spent almost $800 on shoes for my wife as a present and she didnāt care for the look of them. I was traveling so couldnāt return them right away. I tried to bring them back in less than a monthās time and they said we only had 14 days. They would not even give credit or exchange for another pair. How this even is conceivably possible is beyond me. They lose nothing and could at least help a customer get something they could like, but instead just say youāre screwed and stuck with what you donāt like. They will never get any business from...
