First off, this is a review of Natural Green Cleaning service and I am not 100% sure if this is the actual address of the business being reviewed but this is the address I was given over the phone by one of their operators. Anyways, here is my story.
I had a technician perform service at my home on the 23rd of August. There are several issues I had with the services that were rendered. First, we initially were only going to do a simple cleaning but after performing a pre-service walkthrough with the technician and showing him the stains we had and wanted removed, he was extremely confident in being able to get them out of the carpet. That is the only reason we felt comfortable in paying such a large sum. Second, we were told it would only take a few hours to dry out but it took over 24 hours for this to happen. The carpets did not finish drying until the next afternoon while our furniture was being delivered. Third, after the service was completed, in addition to the majority of stains still being very noticeable, there was a fairly large spot left on our stairs that had a horrible smell coming out from it that was not there prior to the service. We had to go out and buy some cleaning products to treat it so the smell would go away. Fourth, we would not have paid close to $500 if the technician would have told us before the service that many of the stains would not come out. His confidence and apparent professionalism sold us and we felt comfortable paying the price if he could deliver on the service. Lastly, I have been trying to speak with someone with decision making authority since the carpets dried over the last several weeks to no avail.
This cleaning service is not worth your time and does not deserve any more business until their customer service department is fixed and they actually deliver on what their "expert carpet cleaners" promise since their site says, "our carpet cleaners are experts and have been trained by the best carpet cleaning companies in the country".
The technician was very nice and if it was just a simple carpet cleaning, it might have been an average service but he upsold us and did not deliver on what he told us. Maybe it was over confidence, maybe it was incompetence, or maybe it was $$$$ talking but either way, I would ABSOLUTELY steer clear of this company. Their 100% guarantee is nothing more than words without actions. they will not call you back unless there is a possible sale involved and will not give out any direct number for "supervisors". Their address is also suspect which I fully expect to be fake since they told me it was located in the Williams Tower.
I am more than happy to tell anyone and everyone about my story. Just shoot me a message but please DO NO USE NATURAL GREEN CLEANING in Houston, Texas...you will thank me later for not...
Read moreI couldn't even wait to get home to leave this review. I went in today at about 1:45 to drop off a payment for my HOA. A white woman walked in before me headed straight to the elevator, no questions asked. I attempted to walk the route that was previously shown to me by security. The black security guard with glasses and heavy makeup got out of her seat to approach me. She asked if I needed help. I told her no. She then asked, may I ask why your here? I told her I came because this is where I pay my HOA fees. She then tells me I need to go to the 57th floor. I ask her did they change something because the last time I came here, I just dropped my payment in a mailbox with envelopes specifically for HOA payments. She then directs me to another mail room entrance. Pretty much, I was interrogated like I was about to rob or bomb the place. Yet the white lady walked right on by. It's really hurtful to have to experience this type of...
Read moreThe building is beautiful but the service was not great. I went in to ask a question and the guy in there short, bald maybe Hispanic was trying to send me away to cross the busy street with my 5yr old daughter. I was looking for the walkway to find a safer way to cross without putting my daughter at risk. The guy said “no, walk across the street and push 3.” I said “someone told me the entrance is here.” He kept sending me away. Definitely feels like they don’t want to be bothered at all or assist. It was awful. In the afternoon my husband came to pick me up and park at pick up/drop off area that stayed 15 minutes free parking. The same guy kept on returning to kick my husband off that area. The 15 minutes hadn’t even started and the same guy from before was busy getting rid of people. What happened to common courtesy? It’s a drop off and pick up area...
