Worst customer service from two older ladies. Long line to check out, lady in front of me had two items. After what seemed like forever another lady decided to open another register. She shouted for the next person, lady in front of me decided to stay while I went around to the other register. Available cashier PHISICALLY took the lady’s stuff after she told her she would like to stay in the same line and started to ring her out in front of me. I told her if she was being serious... she said she had to take first customer. Understand. I quickly go around to the other cashier who seem to be finishing up. She tells me she is closed immediately. The way this was handdled was absurd. Two grown ladies can’t communicate and let customers know they are closing a lane? Couldn’t the other cashier rung out two simple little items and then close? There was nobody after us we were the last ones. Why am I teaching people basic common sense? Horrible experience, customer service out the window, I dropped all items and went to Family Dollar. Only regret was not buying something so I could...
Read moreI have been shopping here for 5 years for small items and holiday decor. The store has always been cleaned and organized where the majority of the public uses. This year, for the first time ever I had to use the restroom and to my disappointment it was filthy from top to bottom. You could tell it had not been attended to in days maybe even weeks. To feel comfortable sitting I had to clean the top and bottom of the toilet seat with hand soap and toilet paper because they didnt even have paper towels in there. I didn't even dare dry my hands with the dryer afraid of how much germs I would just be putting back on my hands. I would expect this type of bathroom from a business in a not so good area of town but not here. I was so disgusted that I didn't even grab my items I had intended to check out...
Read moreRude. That's about what I can say here.I understand we have new policies regarding covid-19,but if you're going to tell someone to back all the way up, to put their grocery or items on a conveyor, and not approach, or whatever the next step was supposed to be, then perhaps you should have that laid out so people can see. To move to another lane without reason is insulting and confusing. The behavior unacceptable. I wear a mask as does my daughter in order to protect and respect those who are considered essential. But, when you make it awkward and make someone feel offended because you can't explain what you want the customer to do, it makes me not want to shop there. We left. Have your rules displayed, so we know what you want. Be kind. We certainly are trying...
