We went there to see Herb Alpert and Lani Hall. It was the first time I had been in the auditorium for a musical performance and the acoustics are disappointing. The building itself is gorgeous inside and out. All staff encountered were well-dressed, professional, and helpful. The reception area is downstairs from the lobby adjacent to a walkout hillside where they do open-air concerts and plays during the summer.
