Scheduled an appointment for a pedicure. I decided to get their most expensive pedicure, as I wanted a longer massage and callous removal performed. What a disappointment and waste of money! First off, had to wait 15 minutes despite having appointment. I ended up paying over $90 w/tip for the pedicure, WITHOUT gel nail polish. At this price point, and given that I did select their best pedicure, I expected the job to be well done. The owner’s sister ended up doing my pedicure, which was disappointing in and of itself, as you would think she would try to do a good job to represent the biz and make the customer happy. I could tell immediately that it was going to be a hurried and sloppy pedicure, as she did the “pretend to file your nail move + use the cuticle remover but not actually do anything air move.” Plus, the exfoliation with the scrubber lasted literally three seconds on each heel. I started asking her if she could go back and do a more thorough job (did this three separate times), by which she became visibly irritated and told me why she couldn’t. Thought that was weird.
She then did a massage that was not 15 minutes, after she convinced me to get their most expensive pedicure for the 15 minutes massage. Plus, I wouldn’t really call it a massage, as she just rubbed lotion on my calves for like 8 minutes. And of course, the cherry on top of the cake was that the polish on my right foot was under done… She removed a perimeter around each toenail with acetone, and only two days later, I can already see the nail bed near the cuticle, so now I’m sure it will be grown out in a week.
KEY TAKE AWAY: Don’t pay for the most expensive pedicure, it’s a complete rip off! The quality was POOR. For the effort put in, stick to a basic pedicure, or better yet, maybe just get your nails done , as they seem to do good work in this department.
I’m used to the nail spas in bigger cities, and it’s so sad that this place just doesn’t have it. I wanted it to become “my place”, but there was just too much wrong with the pedicure. I will be finding somewhere else to go moving forward. Three stars because it’s new and...

I had a horrible experience at this salon last winter, and unfortunately, my friend just had an even worse one. I don’t usually leave reviews, but people need to be warned.
My experience: I walked in and was told, “We’ll help you in 5 minutes.” That turned into over 45 minutes of waiting with no updates. When they finally started, the guy rushed through the whole thing, barely paid attention, and the nails came out crooked and uneven. I was so upset I ended up going to another salon just to get them fixed. Not only did they NOT give me a receipt, but they also charged way too much for such a basic and sloppy job. I left feeling ripped off and disappointed. I didn’t leave a review at this time because i figured we all mess up sometimes but clearly not, these people always are doing it wrong.
My friend’s experience (most recent): She had an appointment and still waited over an hour before they even started. She was just getting a fill, but the nail tech clearly didn’t know what she was doing. The nails were lumpy, uneven, and the design was a total mess. The lines weren’t even close to straight—my 3-year-old cousin could’ve done a better job with a marker. We even have pictures that show how bad it looked.
She was devastated. After spending a lot of money, they offered no refund, no fix, no apology—nothing. Just let her leave with those embarrassing nails like it was normal. It’s like they know they do a bad job and just don’t care.
Everyone in Jackson Hole knows this place is absolute trash. If you’re going to spend money on such a horrible job, I seriously hope you’re sane. Never, and I mean NEVER, get acrylics done here. If you want to pay for trash, this is the place! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here because I know they’d mess it all up. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration—go literally anywhere else. If 0 stars was an option, this place...
Read moreHorrible experience. Made online 1pm appt for classic gel mani...walked in at 1p & waited 15 minutes even though they weren't busy. Diana finally took me, apologizing for the wait. I had a broken nail which I requested a patch for or to just cut it down...Diana told me a tip is best (i asked how much & was told $5 more so let her do it). She then took off my mani with a drill tool only (no acetone), cut my nails down with a cuticle clipper, cut into my skin on the broken nail & put primer on my nails which burned on the broken nail. I asked if she had antiseptic which she dotted on and kept going. She proceeded to put the tip glue on which burned even more. I asked when she was going to do my cuticles & told it'd be $10 more, which I refused. She proceeded to put on 3 coats of polish, saying it would last 4-5 weeks. Once finished she had me wash my hands...I noticed there was missing polish on the corner part of my nail...she just filed the nail off instead of fixing the polish. I did not notice until after that she also missed the corners of several other nails. The kicker was upon paying - I was charged $80...I asked why, as I was only told $55 + $5 for the nail tip...was then told it was +$10 for the extra polish that she chose to do & another $10 for a french mani. $80 for just a polish change is ridiculous. I'm used to getting Manis in NY, LA & CO for decades & have never experienced being upcharged without given the choice beforehand. Will never go here again...Pearl Street Nails around the corner does a great job for a lot less....
