First of all, this store has the most lovely women helping the public with epic service. This amazing store has something for everyone. Great for gifts also. A wide variety of china patterns and dinnerware, decorative accessories stems of beautiful artificial flowers, Herend porcelain figurines, and don’t even get me started on the jewelry. Not all items are dedicated to the western flair, but items for anyone worldwide. I have a residence on the coast of North Carolina and presently live in Alabama. I have purchased from Bella Cose for both locations on my annual visit to Jackson. I have bought a dinner plate collection as gift for my friend in Idaho and have just ordered a footstool for the East Coast. Just do yourself a favor and visit this store when next in town. Belle Cose has a great storefront and quality products. However, I had a terrible experience with the wedding registry. The items they carry are wonderful and great quality, but there seemed to be an enormous disconnect with communication and management with the registry. I had little communication, items that were no longer available were not removed from my registry and guests still purchased them, I had to reach out personally to get an update on an item that was purchased on my registry, and I still have not received all items from my registry (our wedding was four months ago and all purchases were made before the event). We visited Belle Cose on 12/23 for some last minute Christmas shopping. No greeting by any staff upon entrance and when we went to check out, the cashier woman who had been very bubbly and friendly with the customers ahead of us, treated us coldly and like a nuisance with her turning around after the first transaction to apply hand spray and stare into space. As a lifelong Jackson resident, and local small business owner, I understand it is the holidays and foot traffic can be heavy in a town square store front but I cannot help but wonder why we were treated almost with disdain.
