The item I wanted to give my wife of 53 years on our anniversary was the dreamcatcher earrings in 18K yellow gold with white gold feathers and diamonds with a sapphire dream “caught” in the dreamcatcher. It goes exceptionally well with her dreamcatcher bracelet and her Teton Stacked rings. The work, as always, is exquisitely done and hangs lightly and beautifully from her ears. Well done on the hinged clasp that secures the earring in place. It is perfect for her and she is delighted to receive the pair.

We have shopped JHJ for many years and the store and staff never fail to welcome you to the store (or online!) and never fail to provide top-notch service - well above and beyond my high expectations (high, because each experience is better than the previous). The same sentiment applies to the “sister store” – Pearls by Shari. In my opinion, Jackson Hole Jewelry and, separated by 50 feet, Pearls by Shari are the two must-visit stores in Jackson Wyoming (well, three – counting Moos Ice Cream!). Our experience goes back a long way when, following our first purchase at JHJ, Zachariah Turpin sent a personal email to thank us for shopping his store. And the experiences just kept getting better. We live 900 miles from Jackson, so I’ve done a fair amount of online shopping.

I’ve been very pleased with the online service from Cristina and other online assistants, but I want to make a special call-out. I have been absolutely stunned with the quality and depth of the online service by Traci. Above and beyond just doesn’t cover it. Over the years, Traci has looked up my wife’s ring size, offered suggestions based on my purchase history, and has been an absolute delight to work with. For this Dreamcatcher experience, Traci regretfully advised that they had just sold the last one. Then, less than 24 hours later, Traci reopened our online chat to advise that they found a set and could get it to me in the time frame needed.
