We lived here for 3 years, and we still recommend this apartments despite some unpleasant experience. Pros: Very close to the PATH. Floor plans are well designed and very practical, very spacious and no space wasted. Kitchen has gas stove, and the range hood’s ventilation actually goes outside of the unit, instead of circulating back. Great quality of the building — well insulated and thick walls, even flooring, etc. Rent is more reasonable than other high-rise buildings in the area. Charlie the superintendent was very helpful. Cons: The kitchen of the restaurants on Newark Ave smells too much. Too many concerts on the street during the summer, which may be a good thing for you but was too noisy for us.
