I visited bunkers today at about 2 pm for the first time. I attended with my boyfriend and mid walking around and checking out the store one of your employees (tall, long dark hair, looked slightly ethnic) stopped us and told me and my boyfriend that last sunday, my boyfriend was caught in their store with a girl who was hiding sensors when they walked out. We obviously we were confused and explained that it couldnāt be him because I was with him last sunday and that weāve never been here before. Your employee seemed to agree, but when we went to leave the store because we had been made to feel uncomfortable, the employee walked to her friend and laughed and said that āwe sure are quick to walk out thoughā and proceeded to argue with me and my boyfriend. Iām extremely concerned AND hurt with the approach your employee decided to take. I wasnāt trying to be rude by leaving the store because i had really enjoyed looking around but both me and my boyfriend were EXTREMELY uncomfortable by the way the employee approached us and THEN argued with us. I really hope you guys will look into this and be able to train your employees how to treat customers, even when they are confused or upset. After a few days with no package, I checked my email and noticed the items were shipped to an address that doesn't exist.I emailed the store and they replied with a very verbose "we shipped to the address provided". (this is the ONLY papal transaction out of hundreds that shipped to an unknown address...). I replied again suggesting that they might be able to call the post office and have them hold the package or something? I got back a longer reply basically saying I should have checked my emails earlier and I need to verify my papal address. That told me all I need to know about this place. So I ended up calling the post office and the package was being returned to sender. The bunker did said they would refund my account ONCE they received the package back from USPS. The items were not expensive so I didn't contest the charge ( I probably should have contested it) BUT, I will not stop in nor will I order from again. I was willing to assume the shipping mistake was mine and drive on with a solution but after the way they handled this, I will pass. Maybe I am spoiled with the way other businesses operate? At least I learned my lesson about this place with a minuscule...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReceived an item from this business and called customer service to discuss the condition of the item. I was speaking with Cecelia who claimed to be the manager. I started explaining the issue with the item and it she was immediately in defense mode. She told me to steam the hat that they are not responsible for shipping issues. I told her the small box was in perfect condition that this was clearly a packing issue not a shipping issue! The part that really pisses me off is I chose to buy from this business because they are a small business. I now regret that decision especially because the item is available at many other retailers. Buyer BEWARE! This is a $36 dollar hat by the way! Maybe this business should allow me to return the hat at their expense and they can steam it and then ship it to another customer in an appropriate size box! Managerial 101 provide solutions and resolution not excuses....
