Kansas City Power and Light Building — Attraction in Kansas City

I honestly cannot get over how great everyone is here after living in the building for six months now.

Chris at the leasing office is one of the friendliest and most helpful people I've encountered in leasing. He responds immediately to any request and is honestly a joy to work with.

Izzy and Bettina are also incredible. I actually chose to live at the unit because of a tour with Izzy. They gave the impression that they truly cared about their tenants and it has been proven true.

Lastly, maintenance here is responsive and they go above and beyond. I've worked with Melissa several times and she is always extremely helpful. She will make sure that everything is fixed and perfect. I'm so appreciative of this entire team.

I'm so thankful I chose P&L Apartments over my other options. I really love the people here and couldn't imagine living...

What an amazing place to see and experience. If you like people watching, socializing, great food, adult beverages and live music, this is the place you’re looking for. It’s great all year long but spring, summer and fall offers the best in temperate weather. The large stage is located for everyone to view. The variety in food and drink will meet all of your desires. The bowling alley and the dance clubs will keep you moving and the size of the venue will accommodate large or small groups. I am from NY and I really wish we had something like The Power and Light District back home. If you’re not having fun you’re doing it wrong. I strongly recommend this place for great food, fun, music and people. Let me know...

Great City apartments with huge windows, very conducive layout to relaxation. I went to visit a friend's apartment and immediately felt cozy and comfortable like I just wanted to sit in front of one of those huge Windows watch it snow and read a book. Vibrant area of the city.
