I recently had the pleasure of dining at BRGR for lunch with a large party, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant's staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. The food, with its generous portion sizes, was absolutely delightful, leaving a lasting impression on our taste buds. While the prices were a little high, I firmly believe that the quality of the food and the portion sizes more than made up for it. Despite the fact that we were a large party, they efficiently accommodated us and made us feel welcomed. The waitstaff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any place. We sat down and waited 10 minutes to be served. The manager approached us, and asked if we had been helped and got us some waters. We then ordered our drinks. I ordered a 4 roses bourbon on the rocks and got a coupe glass with a peice of lettuce on the side of it. I sent the drink back. They asked multiple times if I wanted something different. I said no thank you each time. We ordered an appetizer that came out cold in the middle (microwaved trash). I went to use my napkin and there was stains and lipstick all over it. I asked the same manager if I could get a new one he gave me one and brought me a rocks glass full of bourbon (special batch which Iabsolutely hate. It's why I Stick to 4 roses yellow label I got corrected by the manager saying its not actually yellow anymore) with no ice and said it's on the house I said no I didn't want the drink. He then proceeds to try to guilt trip me into having the drink by saying he had to throw it away because he already poured it. Then...the bartender (tall black guy with long dread locks) yells over the whole nearly empty bar "bring it here I'll drink it later". Super embarrassing for my wife and I. The food then comes and my burger was over cooked (not sure why they even asked for a temp as it was burned on one side and falling apart) the burger was so salty it was nearly inedible. But I didn't want to say anything about our food being a complete train wreck because I didn't want to be embarrassed for a second time. Our server never spoke with us other than to take our order and to tell us they were out of the wagyu burger. Our truffle fries were old and contained nothing that even resembled the smell of a truffle much less an actual truffle of any kind. Overall I wouldn't go here ever again. The overland park location is wonderful. This location is absolutely trash. We paid our whole bill excluding the drink and left. The manager then runs my card and shared that his first name was my last name spelled backwards. His name is Evan, he even showed me his ID To prove it. Really poor performance. I will...

I ordered fish and chips from BRGR .It was delivered to me via ,Uber.It was without a doubt the most terrible meal I have ever had ! The fish was raw I don't believe the French fries had been cooked in any fashion. They were white in color , and tasted as though they had simply been taken from the freeze and tossed into the container. They were cold and wet as though they were thawing. The presentation left alot to be desired. I called and spoke to David, he title i do not know. Told him of the horrible meal. He took my phone number, assured me he would take care of the situation that my card would be credited. He or the manager would call me. Quite a number of days later I hadn't heard from anyone. And the credit on my debit card had not been done. I still had the terrible meal and took it to BRGR downtown KC. I spoke to the manager regarding my disappointment with the meal and with no followup. He was courteous, appeared to be somewhat professional. "Don't judge a book by it's cover.* He informed me that it was not his responsibility to refund my $'s It was Uber. Even though the raw,frozen product came from his kitchen. There was zero compensation given to me from BRGR . Kansas City has many wonderful restaurants. And many in the Power and Light district.

My advise is to enjoy downtown KC. Have your meal at another restaurant. Should you not take my advise from from myself and others Good Luck,hope you have a good meal. If not management will...
