Three Light Luxury Apartments — Local services in Kansas City

We move into ThreeLight in 2 weeks and couldn’t be more excited. From touring, to applying, to choosing our unit - it’s been a genuine pleasure. A lot of properties out there claim to be Luxury but fall significantly short of the word at some point in the leasing, move in process. ThreeLight is true luxury from start to end.

I want to make sure I give a huge shoutout to Chase, though. Throughout the entire process he’s been incredibly personable, prompt, professional and really (really, really) patient with how often we’ve wanted to go up and see a different layout, or get an extra tour in - or even with how frequent we ask questions. Chase has tailored his communications to us and it’s made this experience so much more genuine.

Apart from the leasing experience though, the property itself is immaculate. It’s luxe, spacious, unique, and very well thought out. We’re so excited about our specific unit and the VIEWS! surrounding areas are clean and always have something going on, it’s near by the highway (but you can’t really hear the road noise from up there), parking is super convenient and realistically priced. Bonus points: it smells SO good. Like resort good.

Moved in this week and have been nothing but happy. There are the obvious selling points of the views, the location, and the published amenities, but what's honestly impressed me the most is the polish and forethought. The apartments are immaculate at move-in, none of the usual 'submit your laundry list of demands' to the leasing office and hope they fix half of them (though what questions I did have Chase and the rest of the team were exceedingly responsive and more than happy to help me with). The little things though, like how they realized the blinds let in light around the edges at 2 Light and fixed it in 3 Light... they didn't simply take their previous success and leave it at that.

For the sake of not sounding like I wrote this under duress, the fob/access system is an area that could be improved. It works well, but there's still room for improvement. Also, not surprisingly, the sides of the building that can see the 670 get road noise. Most of the time it's just background white noise, but every once and a while you get a pack of Harley's through the tunnel and you know they're there.

Bottom line, I'm incredibly excited to be living here and I wholeheartedly recommend it. I feel like my home is more akin to a resort than an...
