HORRIBLE SERVICE I went to buy a phone and iPad and Apple Watch combo the first time in the guy (jayden) was so rude and ignored me when I walked in then gave me attitude then I left tried to order online couldnt went back in and tried to buy it again the guy (Justin) ordered the wrong things and when I asked for what I wanted he kept asking me why I really need that, and kept making me explain why I wanted bigger GB and refused to help me at first, ultimately he wanted me to buy their stock not what I wanted. Then when my items came in (watch and iPad) Virgil was so rude and told me they didnāt have it and gave me attitude, they finally realized both items were actually there for two days they just put them in inventory! Our purchased items. When I questioned it he said āhe didnāt understand how my question is relevantā was so disrespectful and talking over me, And Virgil hung up on me when I was just trying to get my products, I already purchased! And when I went in the day before the guy was sitting in a customer chair feet up playing on his phone when I walked in he didnāt even greet me at first, I just stood there, then he just said āyesā like Iām bothering him. HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY. They literally made me explain why I wanted to buy what I wanted and refused to order what I came for at first until I explained why I needed it and this I think is because it simply wasnāt in stock and they would have to order it. Even though I qualified. They are so rude. I donāt even want to go in to pick up my remaining items at this point they didnāt order the GB I asked for and put my items in inventory for 2 days!! His dedication to finding solutions was memorable, and his patience was helpful. Despite the challenge of navigating automated systems on my own, Patrick took the initiative to dig deeper into my account and even called corporate on my behalf, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a commitment to resolving my issue side by side. He effectively explained to me how and why my request would need to be handled through corporate.( In store sales and corporate are two different support systems) However, he still went above and beyond to help me with what he had control over. He wasnāt required to, and I didnāt ask him to, but he still did. His professionalism and authenticity not only de-escalated the situation with my distress but also renewed my satisfaction towards the company. As someone who has witnessed the reputation of phone companies using less-than-enthusiastic sales tactics, I was relieved to experience the opposite with Patrick. His outstanding service has earned my loyalty, and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Verizon for years to come. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI find all the great reviews interesting. I have been in this store one time, and I doubt that I will ever go back. Where we live we have almost no service. I went in the store to see if anything could be done. When we entered the store, the young man at the back of the store could not be bothered to stand up and speak to us. He sat on his stool and waited until we got to him and ask what we wanted. He really had no interest in helping us. He was there on the time clock and doing nothing. After explaining our problem, he said that Verizon would provide us with a signal booster at no charge---but he could not do anything, I would have to call Verizon. I did call, and had conversations over several days. Supposedly, a service person came out and verified that we had minimal if any signal and it would not change. But, no, they would not provide a signal booster. Very sad, especially since a Verizon tower is within less than a mile of our location. I have been a Verizon customer for over 25 years---back before it was Verizon and it was GTE MobilNet. Unfortunately, I seem to have no option but switch to ATT. And I really don't want to, but Verizon is giving me no other option.
