I would give them less than one star if possible. I went to get the watch band button on my Apple Watch fixed. The gentleman who assisted me, Eric, told me he would work on it. He couldn’t get the button unstuck, so he proceeded to open the entire watch and said “oh yeah water got inside.” Apple Watch still worked, though. When he returned the watch, the screen kept popping off and the buttons wouldn’t work. I went back and the buttons were working again so he said he would just “clamp” the screen for a few minutes. It seemed to work so I took it back. The very next day, the screen popped off again while I was washing my hands and suddenly the screen wouldn’t turn on anymore. I called Radio Shack and they put Eric on the phone who kept saying “well water was already in it.” Again, my issue was that the screen kept popping off after he “fixed” it. The watch band button is STILL stuck and the screen is not working, and there is no offer to get the $35 returned for a fix that did NOT work. And now I have to pay like a minimum of $100 to get a whole new one. $35 may not seem like much, but when you have to buy a whole new product cause the place that was supposed to fix it ended up breaking it instead, and they take no responsibility for it, it feels like a lot. Do better.

We are literally so back Came to this RadioShack (Never been to one before due to the closures) on Saturday July 27th, and I was excited! And it was so worth it! The service was AWESOME!! I got a Whistler WS1010 and I had pointed out the employee’s mistake when he had taken out the wrong radio! I ended up getting the right one and that was really cool! (It was the display one) Store was clean, and it’s rare too to see a RadioShack, as it was a dream to see one in person. Now, was it worth the nearly 100 mile drive, Yes, it is, 100%. Go here if it’s closest. This place was awesome and I am coming back if I ever go back to the Dells.

I’ve had the team of Radio shack out multiple times to install and wall mount our existing TVs and I’ve had them help me choose and purchase new TVs. All three times have been a great experience. Helpful. Patient. Knowledgeable. FAST. and the price is perfect. Highly recommend. 10/10

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE A TOURIST!!! I was shopping in the store today and a gentleman came in with an item he had just purchased before the store closed last night. The gentleman had his original receipt and was apparently told (by the worker) that sold him the item that he could return it as long as he had the receipt. When the gentleman came into the store today the Owner happened to be in the store at the time. After the gentleman was told he could only receive 'store credit' by the cashier the Owner interjected and reiterated that he would receive store credit 'only' or he could keep the item. The gentleman went on to explain that he was vacationing and did not need anything else from the store (the item he was purchasing was not the correct item and the store did not carry the one he needed). He was almost pleading with the owner to allow the return (which clearly states in the return policy). The Owner refused to return the item and the gentleman accepted the store credit and left the store. I was shocked that an 'owner' of a store would treat customers so rudely. This had to be the worst case of poor customer service I've seen in a long time. After watching this ordeal, I kindy put my items back and left the store. I refuse to do business with an owner that cares more for product than people. I hope the owner is reading this review... Sir, you should be ashamed of yourself and the law of reciprocity will definitely pay you a visit. Maybe you should humble yourself and learn to give and 'serve'. You are already an expert at taking and receiving. The 1 star is in hopes that this review will...

I bought a phone from this location, a Nokia c300, which may be the only cause of my issue. However, the fact that they would condone the selling of a phone that has constantly been malfunctioning to the point I have to reboot it everyday. Either this phone was rubbish, or the store sold a faulty phone. Either way, the phone was a cheap one so it is probably just the phone. It's nearly unusable for impatient people, and I have a little patience so it's just barely usable.

With the response I have gotten I can understand some of the points that were given, however, this is my only experience with RadioShack, as it was a bad one I thought it would be better to warn others, however the point of it being a company that sells the phone to them doesn't change that the phone had lacked a keyboard, turned on and of repeatedly without warning, randomly malfunctioning, lagging with one tab (being messages) open to the point that I can't type. These issues are reoccurring, however they are not always there. I believe it to be an issue with the phone, so I won't take it out on the distributor when the manufacturer is at fault.

I will say that when I had gone into this RadioShack location that the people behind the counter had acted superb in their responses to my issues. They took a look at my old phone that was having charging issues, and told me it would be less expensive to get a new phone. I really do appreciate it when stores are like this one where they have actual good...

Went in about two weeks ago, the staff was friendly enough. Came in and spent $200 on a new phone screen for my iPhone, I was patient and understood that it took time to get the right screen and have it installed. Once I got my phone back I noticed that while I was using it the screen would register different parts of the screen as if I were touching them even if I wasn’t even touching my phone. Ignored it for a week since it wasn’t too big of a deal. It wasn’t selecting areas that would call people randomly or get in the way of typing too much which is why I ignored it. I figured that just turning it off and restarting it would fix the issue but immediately after I’d restart my phone it would begin again. One night it got way worse after it slipped out of my pocket when I sat down, the phone literally fell 2 1/2 feet at the most. I figured it was whatever since it still worked and I had the screen protector on but man was I wrong. The screen protector did the bare minimum even with a fall from about 2-3 feet off the ground. I will be bringing my phone in tomorrow morning to see if anything can be done but I will be extremely upset if they make me pay full price a second time. The phone itself is in perfectly fine condition, I would just like my screen repaired properly so that I no longer have issues with it. This RadioShack usually does good work but unfortunately this time around I was extremely...
