PROs: large selection of decals (prints) on blank shirts (hundreds of options), has a lot of deals and sale prices, has clothes, dresses, swim gear and toys, easy to find- down the street from MT.Olympus on WISCONSIN DELLS PKWY
CONs: workers are rude (the gentleman at the cash register who also does the print & the woman who walks around the shop), I was followed around the entire time I was in there as if I would steal something from this shop (never stole anything in my whole life!), the blank/plain t-shirts they have are all crewneck no v-necks, when checking out one of the workers forgot to wrap our ceramic spoon (purchased with ceramic mug) and insisted on placing the spoon in the bag herself- later found out after our 2.5 hour long drive she broke the ceramic spoon which is why she asked to put the spoon in the bag herself-itās not as if she bothered wrapping the spoon in paper. she threw it in bag! the gentleman behind the counter has no customer service at all, he doesn't greet anyone even if you buy something. I grabbed the wrong size t-shirt and started folding it to put back on the rack he said āno donāt fold itā iāll fold it myself and put it back where it needs to goā in an extremely rude tone. If you get anything printed please be aware you can do it both on the front or back (something he does not mention or ask) please also remember he does not let you pick where on the shirt your decal will go(top, center, bottom) you will have to tell him that too (something he does not mention or ask)
After we all spent more than $100 there Iāve decided I will no longer go to this store on my future visits to Wisconsin Dells anymore. If you like sale prices so much that you are willing to be followed like you are a thief the whole time and enjoy terrible customer service then feel free to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBought a swim shirt yesterday on a whim while waiting for my daughter to buy a swimsuit...get it back to hotel, put it on and it didn't fit right, kept tags & the reciept which clearly said "No Refunds, Exchanges Only". No problem, I simply wanted to get a different size.
I take it back this morning, and the 19 year old at the counter finds discoloration "damage" on the shirt I was trying to exchange back, says she can't do the exchange. This discoloration in absolutely no way was caused by me as I had the dumb thing on for all of five seconds.
I obviously didn't do a good enough of THEIR job in inspecting the shirt before they put it on display and I bought it and now they use it against me when I'm simply trying to do an honest exchange.
They don't treat customers with the benefit of the doubt. Well, everyone in our party of 25+ potential customers at the Wilderness next door now know this is how they are.
Your crummy shirt (now laying in your dumpster in the back) cost me $25 and cost you a couple hundred dollars in future business.
Quick, Pacific Sportswear barrista rejects, fetch it out, put tags back on it and make a sucker out of another honest...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExtremely rude staff. Horrible experience. My children were looking at the toys.. maybe 5 minutes at most... I was standing with them along with another adult with us and the older lady worker with long gray hair... said read this.. as she flapped the sign on the shelf which read.. not a play area... or something. UHM!!! The kids were looking at the toys and were trying to decide which to buy... very rude lady. We left and didnāt buy anything and we picked up all the toys the kids had chosen to purchase. We would have easily spent $40-$50 in that store. But instead didnāt spend a dime....
