DO NOT GO HERE. The staff at this Subway have serious attitude problems. On Friday, June 27 around 9:40 AM, I walked in and greeted the guy at the front, he didn’t respond, turned his back to us, and let us stand there in silence before motioning to a girl in the back, saying, “Come get the orders of these two” like we were a burden.
The girl came out, slammed the sandwich papers on the counter, and when I politely asked if the store was open (since I thought maybe I came too early), he snapped, “Well, if we were closed, you wouldn’t be able to get in.”
I left without ordering. Everyone can have a bad day, but this kind of rude, dismissive behavior is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location or another place where basic respect and customer service still exist. Subway by Walmart has great customer service compared to this one. I hope management does something about these...
Read moreI go to this subway quite often and it is usually a very good experience. I have no issues whatsoever and the service is always great. However, there is this one particular older woman that works there that has blonde hair in a ponytail and has a cap on that has made my experience the last two times very unpleasant. I have noticed that she speaks to the J1 employees like they are stupid and don’t know what they’re doing and I find that extremely disgusting. It immediately makes my happy experience turn to a sour one because there’s nothing more that makes me more irate when I see other employees being treated poorly for no apparent reason. I don’t know if she doesn’t realize how rude she sounds or if she does and just simply does not care but either way it definitely needs to be fixed. I hope the owner, Travis, handles this issue...
Read moreThe store itself is good but DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR THROUGH THE APP! Doordash says the deliver the food and never show up. Then you get a run around on the phone for anouther 2 AND A HALF HOURS between the two and going to the store. Absolutely unacceptable because neither buisness has awnsers or can fix the solution.
If Sam is you door dash driver instantly cancel.
Edit: the store manager Joy and Jeremiah were excellent on trying to get me my subs after the run around with door dash.
After getting home p*d off, one of them had steak instead of black forest ham after opening the package. So yea...
