They were very friendly people and definitely provided awesome service. I made a big mistake when I paid my bill. The service was $90 so my friend and I decided to pay a total of $150 (giving the therapist a whopping $60 tip), but I accidentally put $150 on the tip line (big mistake; my fault). After realizing the mistake I made, I was on the train on my way back to Chicago. I contacted Iris and told her what had happened. She said she had already paid the therapist (who is her husband); she thought to herself it was a big tip, but that she would try to get the overpayment back and send a refund to my card. Afterwards, I sent a couple of messages to follow up but I received no responses back. I take responsibility for my mistake but I cannot believe they did not give the money back after I explained that it was a mistake. Oh well, I guess because it was my mistake then it’s my loss. We Called to see if they had an opening for a double couples massage and to our surprise they scheduled us for that same day. They work out of their home so we were a little skeptical about actually going there but after reading all the great reviews we decided to check it out. We had such a relaxing time here.
