Came by here on July 8th at around 11pm for an anniversary date late at night and our experience was not pleasant because of one man. The man in the front desk and the young man giving us the rules were both amazing but the guy running the track was so rude. He continuously YELLED at us and two other younger kids on the track for accidentally bumping the sides he also would shake his head No in disappointment and sigh loudly while making comments such as “you need to learn to stop” and “I’m not gonna keep helping you” , which if this place is beginner friendly which I assume it is considering they allow younger aged kids to drive then that man should be more understanding that not everyone is a pro or at least not be so rude, there is a way to implement rules without yelling or being aggressive we were all trying our best not to bump and to follow the rules. He then went over to try to help my husband get unstuck and after instructing him multiple times to Go and hit the Gas, once my husband did the man had a horrible attitude and yelled at him “Dude?! are you serious right now??!! you could’ve hit me watch out” while hitting the front part of the kart meanwhile my husband had moved maybe 4 inches. By that point we both just wanted the race to be over with and to leave we were driving around with no fun just wanting it to end. Not sure who that guy was but he was an older white man, everyone else was friendly and kind. I would like to say however, they were great at giving instructions and the race did last a good amount of time contrary to what some of the other negative reviews left, I don’t have any complaints when it comes to the speed of the karts, the instructions, or the length of the race or amount of laps. I truly do not want to shame on the business itself because it does seem well run but I would hope some type of repercussion be done about that man running the track because he is what made the experience...
Read moreThis drift track is unique and tons of fun. They could use new helmets, they're pretty old and won't protect you to a DOT standard.
What was awful about this place was the customer service. Whiles going over the safety video a blue haired lady came to get us for the drive. We asked to stay and watch. The blue haired lady took this personal? Any questions our group had visibly aggravated her.
While riding, someone in front of me spun out. I turned a corner, saw the crash, came to a stop so an attendant could help the crash. The same lady who gave our group grief started yelling at me saying I was going to be black flagged and thrown out for attempting to run over her coworker. When my friends said no, I was at a full stop, she escalated and argued with them.
Throughout the rest of the race she kept calling me out by name anytime I drifted wide or spun out. If her goal was to ruin our time here,...
Read moreFirst off, I had seen some places listing this as "drifting". After I paid I watched a guy spinning tire at times it looked like he shouldn't have. The tires were trashed, and showed chunking, and should have been replaced days before. I ended up doing my laps all by myself, with no other cart drivers. It felt like I was trying to race on a bowling alley. The kart understeered if you tried to enter in a corner, a thing a go kart never should do, if I gave it gas to slide the rear end out, you would just end up backward on the track. I now know "drifting" isn't for me. The employees were cool, which is why I didn't give one star. They offered me a couple free runs, since I was the only one there, but I had enough. This was the biggest waste of money on my whole trip, it even beat out losing in...
