The Strat Showroom — Attraction in Las Vegas

We saw Rouge. The venue was perfect for the show. The show was captivating, irreverent, and heady.

The show actually begins, unofficially, prior to the start. The performers--lithe people dressed in alluring outfits--draw the eyes as they stalk and crawl about the room to sultry music. Their energy creates the erotic atmosphere that the show resides in.

The show itself is a mix of acrobatics, comedy, and dancing. All of it well-done. The performers are able to execute acrobatic feats while oozing sensuality. It's a burlesque pulled out of a neo noir film. The hosts serve as comedic relief and graciously give the audience a break from the intoxicating environment.

Following the show, some of the performers, remaining in character, are available for photos.

A few notes: -There is no bar within the theater itself. But the bar is just outside the doors and easy to access throughout. The drinks are poured with a heavy hand.

-The bathrooms are also right outside the doors and easy to access.

-Feel free to get up and go to either of them during the show. Don't worry about being too disrupting.

-If you sit in the very front, the performers may interact with you some. Don't worry though, you won't be asked to do anything difficult or...

I have seen many a show and I have to say we left after 20mins as it was awful. From the fake southern accent to the lazy dancing I was not impressed. The performer in the glass/water was fantastic but we left after that.

When we walked in the cast were suppose to be standing about being seductive and part of the pre show, instead we got cast members standing have conversations about a party they were at and ignoring the paying guests.

It was not a good show, there was no sass, no energy (apart from the host) and just fell flat. Also didn’t help the row in front of us a woman was on a man’s lap taking...

Me and my family saw the show illuminate here. The show itself was very good and impressive and provided some great music. If you are interested in this show I would highly suggest you look at Groupon to see if you can find discounted tickets. Seating very uncomfortable and room very old and somewhat smelling.
