My husband and I had our wedding ceremony here on November 1, 2024, at 6:00 PM. We purchased the Romance Package for $470.62, which included ceremony video, professional photos, and a marriage license holder. The experience was mixed, and I’m sharing it to help future couples make an informed choice. The day before, I received a call confirming our booking, and we were told to arrive 15 minutes early. My fiancé and I planned not to see each other until I walked down the aisle, so he arrived first. Due to traffic, I arrived at 5:55 PM. When I arrived, the photographer greeted me, then directed me to the front desk to complete paperwork and pay the sales tax. I was escorted to the bridal room and asked about my witness and who would walk me down the aisle. I explained that my grandparents were running a few minutes late due to traffic and asked if we could wait briefly. However, I was told we had to start, so I agreed, though I was disappointed not to have them for that moment.During the ceremony, I noticed the photographer was also the videographer. He set up a single camera on a tripod, which seemed odd for a professional setup. The ceremony itself went smoothly, and my grandparents arrived just after it ended, allowing us to capture a few photos inside with them before moving outside for more.Afterward, the photographer asked if we wanted to review the photos immediately or receive a link. This felt rushed, so we requested the link instead. Then, another staff member approached us and, somewhat awkwardly, asked if we’d like to redo the ceremony for our late-arriving family members. Since our “first look” couldn’t be recreated, we declined and left for our reception. On the way to the reception, I realized we hadn’t received the marriage license holder, part of our package. I called the chapel the next day and was told they’d run out but would contact me once new ones arrived. I also discovered they’d sent the photo link to an outdated email, despite providing a new one in person. When I finally accessed the photos, I was disappointed to find they were unedited, unexpected for a professional package. The most upsetting part was the ceremony video. When I shared it with family, we noticed it cut off partway through, missing the end of my vows and the all-important “husband and wife” kiss. No guests were allowed to record, and this video was supposed to capture that special moment forever.I called the chapel several times and eventually spoke with the manager, Maya. She informed me that an all-new staff had worked that night and that the photographer’s camera malfunctioned. Maya offered a $75 refund for the video or one free photo from the session as compensation. I was heartbroken, as this was an irreplaceable moment, but my husband and I ultimately chose the refund since none of the photos were edited.Later, I called back to confirm the refund, as the chapel had an outdated card on file. I also mentioned how unfair it felt to receive only $75 or one photo as compensation for such a significant mistake. Maya then told me I could select up to 5 photos, but since the refund was processed, this option was no longer available. In summary, this experience has been disappointing. The lack of transparency, the unedited photos, and the partial video left us heartbroken on what should have been a joyful day. My advice to future couples: consider hiring an independent videographer or asking family to record, as you can’t always trust in-house services to capture your memories with the quality and care they deserve. While this chapel came highly recommended by family, the poor communication and unprofessional handling of our ceremony have made it a regretful choice for us. It’s hard to recover the feeling of such a meaningful event when key parts are mishandled, unedited, or lost forever. I have the phone conversations recorded on this whole experience. The ceremony was 15mins long i only have 6mins that...
Read moreGot married here on 8/24/19. I should have known things were gonna go wrong when there was little amount of questions when I booked it. I had researched literally every place in LV before choosing here. We were picked up by limo at our strip hotel, and we were running a bit behind due to getting everyone ready and stress of keeping my groom from seeing me. We went to the courthouse, got the paperwork, left my purse there, had to turn around. I was worried we were gonna be charged extra for being late, but we got in the doors right at our appointment time.
We were told to wait as the couple before us was running 45 mins late. It was a stressful amount of time to be waiting, since no details were discussed on if we were allowed to write our own vows we were surprised to be asked if we were gonna be saying our own vows. Flustered my husband and I decided against it. We waited, and then once it was time, a few mins of set up and then it was time for the ceremony. They failed to warn our bridal party where we would be standing, so everyone had to crank their necks because they were in the 1st row, right beside us.
After the quick 12-15 min ceremony, we walked out, a few pics were taken and we waited until we were called back in. We had 36 photos to choose from, or we could buy all of them or $250. We decided to stick with our 36. After a little bit, it seemed like they were in a rush, which I get, a wedding every 15 mins must be exhausting. We left, never got our certificate holder (even to this day, nearly 3 months later) and we were told to wait for our video. We waited about 2 weeks and I called about the video and was told it was misplaced. They gave us all 116 photos as a courtesy for the mess up. Was told if they ever found the video they would send it. Still haven't seen it as of 11/13. The video was more important to us than the remaining photos as both our mothers weren't in attendance as well as part of our bridal party due to a measles outbreak in LV and they just had a baby.
I really wanted something that was memorable, inexpensive and wouldn't be stressful. I give 5 stars for the limo driver and I wish we would have tipped him more than we did, he put up with us. Photographer wasn't the greatest, my friend who used to do photo back in college looked through them and was wondering why they were all crooked. Thankfully he corrected all of them. I don't remember the ceremony, just the limo ride, the paperwork, the stress. I do hope that the video is somewhere, I'd love to be able to send it to the people we love.
I would choose this place if you have little to no people attending, are willing to deal with a short ceremony and be prepared for upcharge of photos. It got the job done, we are officially married, but that stress will never shake off in memory. Thank goodness we are having another ceremony/reception in our...

Thanks for the expedited our certificate, but I think we paid extra 140$ for it. And I think everyone knows it takes 15$ to get a certificate.
We paid totally 277.98$ for you which is NOT including our marriage license and EXPEDITED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.
The 2 hours package I bought from the website which should include a list below
Service at drive up wedding window Photos, flowers, music, certificate holder for marriage license Private Limousine from your hotel to marriage bureau, and back to hotel Novelty license plate
BUT, I can tell, there is only two small flowers for us, photos and video during VOWS, totally less than THREE MINUTES. We can NOT take photos by ourselves, otherwise 350$ for one featured place.
Nothing takes two hours, the package based on my experience which covers THREE MINUTES VOWS low resolutions video and 24 photos from that THREE MINUTES VOWS. I didn’t account if they really took 24 photos during that short time.
They did take other photos, but 55$ per photo and 310$ for all.
If this is THREE MINUTES package with 24 photos and video, who wants to pay 277.98 for it. And the list says photos from ceremony not from vows, you should clarify this part at least.
I wrote all details here just want let everyone knows, don’t believe what the package says, they only wanna charge money and doing almost nothing. This is really special memory for us, I will never ever buy any package from this frauds place.

They charged 177.98$+ for a super package with NOTHING. No music, only video for vows, nothing 2 hours, less then 3 mins totally. They said including 24 photos, but the photo you only can choose from inside of the car and not including the one with certificate (car charges 40$, very old and dirty). We paid 177.98 for package, minister 60$, driver 40$, totally, ten mins with nothing.
Any photos from the ceremony not the vows part, each on cost 55$.
The conclusion is 177.98$ + 40$ (divers) + 60$ minister= 277.98$ for vows photos and video, totally less then 3 mins.
Ps: The photo I took by myself...
