Amazing service! I took my iPhone Xs Max for repair cause it went into Apple logo loop mode after doing the 16.5 software update and wouldn’t come back to the main screen. I watched a bunch of You Tube videos and trying to get out of the loop mode with not success, took it to Apple genius bar and I was told it was a hardware issue error 4013 and that they don’t service that kind of repair. Trying to get it done myself I found a really tech solution on You Tube that required to open the screen but in the process I damaged the screen, so now I was stuck with the loop mode and a green screen so I couldn’t continue doing it myself. I called Epic Mobile Repair cause it has really good reviews and was the closest to me, and Casey was really informative and straight forward on the pricing and possible causes of the issue. I took it for diagnostic and in a couple hours he called me with the good news that my phone was back and running and the problem being the proximity sensor. He replaced the screen, put a protection film to the motherboard to prevent water damage cause it was one of my concerns and the iPhone I almost gave up hope on is up and running!!! I didn’t lose any data which was another concern I had cause I didn’t back up the whole 500gb to my iCloud so it was a relief to have it back. I totally recommend the professional service of Epic Mobile for you mobile needs. Casey the owner really knows his stuff and gets...
Read moreSo my phone screen shattered and the frame of the phone bent. I couldn’t find anyone who could fix my phone, and had never heard of this company. I was just calling around when I found them.
Customer service was a 12/10 we worked with James, he stayed open after closing time because I called on my way right before closing. Even though it was a little after closing he was still very professional and nice throughout the repair, as well as Adam.
The price was 12/10, a third of the cost of any other company to replace screen and data transfer. After it became even cheaper because the employee offered to buy my old phone in place of the cost of the visit. Their phone protection plan is $100 for a year and it came with a free phone case, screen protector, camera protector, chargers, and warranty on all of it for my new phone!
Experience & product knowledge was a 12/10. The other companies that I called before to fix my phone said they couldn’t promise they could repair my blacked out screen because my phone frame was bent so it wouldn’t work. James and Adam had it working and ready to transfer to the new phone...
Read moreMy phone battery would go from 100% to 5% in a matter of minutes when I stepped out into the cold. It had been doing this for years. I considered buying a new phone, but decided to check Google for battery replacement, and they gave me the phone number of a nearby shop. That shop didn’t have my battery and they recommended Epic Mobile Repair in the Layton Hills Mail. I took it in and Casey at Epic did a couple of quick diagnostics to make sure it was the battery and not the motherboard, or other issues. My battery was performing well below what the battery life on the phone settings was telling me. Casey had my battery (it’s an older iPhone) and the replacement took less than 15 minutes. It cost $50, and the new battery has a guarantee of 2.5 - 3 years, which is much longer than what IPhone offers. While standing there my wife happened to mention that the sound on her phone was so low that she couldn’t hear from the earpiece. She has to listen to phone calls on speaker phone. Casey did a 1 minute fix and now her phone is like new! We are 2 very happy customers and recommend Epic for any electronic...
