Liquor Outlet — Attraction in Lincoln City

A group of four of us all over 21 plus my 19 y/o son went in. The sign clearly stated that minors were permitted when accompanied by an adult. Also, we live in Oregon and are well aware of the state laws regarding liquor stores and minors. My son wanted to go in because he wanted a fancy soda to drink. We walked in and the clerk side eyed us (squirrely guy, red hair, bald, slender). We selected our alcotand non alcohol drinks and got to the counter. The clerk gestured to my son and said “I need to see his ID.” I said he’s 19 but we’re all over 21. He loudly and in a very condescending sing song type manner told us that he couldn’t sell us anything because my son had stepped away from us. Even though the law doesn’t say anything about how close the minor has to be to the adult and the entire time he was by the juices. I could understand if he had been touching things or even gesturing or pointing at things but he hadn’t. I respect the law but this power trippy clerk took his personal policy beyond the law and was very rude. We live in Portland and come to the area several times a year and we always stop in this liquor store, but we won’t again. We’ll bring our own supply...

By far hands down one of the nicest and largest liquor stores in Oregon. It is phenomenal to see the variety that this store carries. It also carries smaller items that could be used for parties or just at home or as presents if you're on your way to a function that would substantiate the need for a present. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful for any and all needs you may have. They are extremely nice and more than willing to even help carry your purchase to the car for you. All around a great place to shop. Local or out of town doesn't matter it is a great place to get what you are looking for. As well to top it off they also have beer on tap to fill growlers with lots to choose from. What a unique gift you could give to somebody a growler full of some of their favorite. Would definitely recommend as well as suggest if you're coming through or to Lincoln City save the stop at the liquor store for this store. I guarantee you you...

Fantastic selection of all types of alcoholic beverages, including some rarer cider flavors from popular ciderhouses (for us cider connoisseurs). Many people go to liquor stores purely for spirits, overlooking the fact that there are some of the best beers, ciders and wines in stock that if you never try they will never become your favorites.

As for spirits, fantastic. As for our purchases, there was a strong flavored vodka selection and great upper shelf tequilas to choose from.

Even though they did not have limes available for the tequila, there was a grocery next door that had plenty of fresh produce...and if you are a late night frozen pizza eater, or like some snacks with your adult bevies, stopping by the grocery after the liquor store is actually quite genius.
