The gentleman or shall I say man child working on 12/24/19 was rude and disrespectful towards the customers. Me and my significant other went in together to find something possibly for christmas since we were in the area. But as soon as we walked in we were watched like hardened criminals. When we were interested in something we were told to stop touching things. So we looked into the items in the glass case. He told us no leaning. Which is fine. But then yelled at us to stop touching the glass. My girlfriend was then yelled at to step back away from the glass because her large breasts were touching it. Needless to say we are taking our business elsewhere. His attitude was completely unacceptable. People like him are the reason people resort to purchasing items online. Once I arrived at their facilities I was pleasantly surprised to have that same great customer service in store as well! As I started this with, I felt like I was shopping with a friend! Any questions I asked for were met with knowledgeable answers, I appreciate that this clerk had personal reviews on most items I asked about. You immediately felt like you had done something wrong just by walking in the door. The first visit, we did not let her bad attitude ruin my 30th anniversary and we made a purchase. This time, I held a box to read it and she instantly started scolding me like a two year old. My husband and I were so put off, we left. I sent a private email to the, I'm assuming owner, with my complaint and concern of the employee chasing off customers. The reply from them was basically telling me it was my problem I felt the clerk was rude and suggested I damaged product and lied about having been to the store before.
