HORRIBLE .
My boyfriend and I decided to order online on 2-24-16 around 6 since we live out of town and the dingbats that were working messed up our order beyond recognition . It baffled us both how bad our sandwiches were made and how completely wrong our orders were . We ordered 2 sandwiches for christ sake , and they messed up on both . We've never had this happen before , and we've lived here for almost 4 years now , so that says a lot . They even had a receipt they looked at to make our sandwiches , so I don't quite understand how you can mess that up . Its on paper right in front of your face . I still think to this day how those girls messed up our order of two whole sandwiches .
We ordered a chicken bacon ( not toasted ) & a sweet onion chicken teriyaki . ( toasted )
They gave us two chicken bacons one with mayo , and one without . One toasted and one was not , and I know for a fact if a sandwich is not toasted you are supposed to microwave the meat and they didn't even bother to do that , so my boyfriends bacon was all soggy and unappetizing . Also they didn't even bother to cut one of the sandwiches ; like you should of learned that during training , and on top of that it was the sloppiest sandwich I have ever seen made at a subway . It literally looked like a toddler made the sandwich it was so bad .
We ended up calling once we got home since thats where discovered how horrible our sandwiches were made . They mentioned we could come back and get new sandwiches but we weren't gonna drive from Otis to get new ones , so they mentioned they would tell there manager , and have her call us .... But we never received a call . My boyfriend and I seriously think the girls didn't even bother to mention there wrongdoing .
So from this awful experience that day we have not gone back , and like I said before we've lived here for almost 4 years and we've never had anything like this happen .

Read moreFirst off my family and I went in there to grab dinner tonight the kid making our food was a complet quack and didn't know anything about food service obviously, one of my sandwiches the meat was completely frozen solid when I bit into it we took at home I tried to bite into it and it was frozen solid and soggy and the food tasted nasty like old, the other sandwich was foggy and the veggies tasted really funky, my wife's food was pretty soggy and tasted nasty, the olives tasted like garbage and our daughters food tasted yucky I hope we don't get sick it was bad it all tasted really bad and that is a good way, to give somebody food poisoning if you want to get sick, eat here but we will NEVER EVER be going back here and when I went back in to take our food back and get our money back for it they didn't even say they were sorry so much as even offered to do anything to make up for it I said I wanted my money back, and he goes oh... uh... ok and he didn't even know how to give a refund back he had to call his manager to get step by step process he's been working here for a while, this place is freaking horrible nasty and very unsanitary I would never recommend the subway to anybody in fact it is the grossest place to eat here, never been in such an unsanitary Subway before, they are quack employees who don't even know what to do is it really that hard to make a sandwich, and is it really that hard to give a refund back, and to say you're sorry about that, I advise everybody to stay away from this place listen the first time this has happened happened multiple times I thought I'd give it one more shot but never ever again sticking to my guns if I could give this place a zero...
Read moreI placed an online order for pickup at the Lincoln city Subway. I went to pick it up and there as no subs in bag. The Worker said that he was out of steak and could not make my subs, he said he could make other subs but my family wanted steak subs. I asked for a refund and he said he could not give me one. He told me to go to the other subway in town and bring my printed receipt and they could make my subs with steak. I stated how odd I thought that was and it did not seem like a good solution and again I asked for a refund. He told me he would not refund my money. I then drove to the other subway and they did not make my subs either. They were also out of steak. The other store didn't give me a refund either. He did give me a subway phone number to call which doesn't have a way to get a refund. I never got subs or my money back. I was charged $39.75 and never got anything in return. I went back a couple days later to the subway I had ordered from, since we were leaving town and he could not give a refund once again. Worker had me talk to a Ring camera, saying that the owner would see it, not sure what could that will do. I just want my money back.
