Neptune Movie House — Attraction in Long Beach

If you love small towns, you're not going to find a better theater than this one. They show all the latest films and have times that are extremely appropriate for our small town community. Are you hungry? You can either go by the taco shop or the food carts before coming to the theater or when you get at the theater you can have meals like hot dogs and hamburgers with chips and wonderful drinks. You can also get the normal stuff such as popcorn candy ice cream and all the different kind of drinks you want. The going price is $7.00 for all ages. Beat that in a big city! The best thing about Neptune movie theater is that the people there are locals who treat you like people. You are not a number when you walk in their doors. They are there to help you and make sure that your movie experience is the best it can be. Something extremely special about this theater that you won't find any place else is the fact that if it's cold outside, they have blankets for you to use. That's what I said! They have blankets you can use. Yes, they keep them washed, and they are wonderfully warm. you can also buy posters of the movies that they've shown there and they have the cleanest bathrooms in the entire area. This is a must stop if you're coming to the Long Beach Peninsula and you're staying for a couple days....

The owners are doing a fantastic job at fixing this place up! It's starting to be the happening place to be on the Peninsula! It's our families newest place to go foe family nights! The Premier of Frozen 2 and Star Wars both had characters dressed up inside with plenty of picture taking opportunities and fun things for kids and adults! We love sitting on one of the comfy couches for the movies! Their snacks are very reasonably priced, so no need to sneak any in! Haha. The bathrooms and walkways and couches are always clean. The new wall fabric is neat and so much nicer than the old stuff! The fresh paint is beautiful! I cant wait to see what else they will...

Great local theater. They have a few couch like areas for sitting. In those sections, it means you are not going to have a head blocking you if you are short like my spouse. I had a cheeseburger that was made to my liking. The meal was billed as hamburger and chips. I was thinking they meant french fries but they actually meant chips as in potato chips. That was ok.

One problem with the couch is that if you're tired, they're very comfortable and you might fall asleep. That wasn't my issue but it was for my spouse. They didn't like some particular gore, so they close their eyes and fell asleep for a bit.

It was Deadpool versus Wolverine after all. Gore...
