Terrible place. I was approved for credit at this store the panorama location issued it to me. I had a problem with being able to return items purchased here. I was told by Sandra a sales rep for cosmetics dept. That it was final sale only telling me this after purchase was made. She pressured me so much to the point i felt bad for her me thinking that she must really be in need of making ends meet by selling her behind of. Well long story short i realize that ive been got.... She tells me no returns i say i need to speak to manager she tells me shes the only one in her dept. For remainder of day. I return next day and shes present telling me same BS. I tell her well im not going to pay for something that i no longer want. Ill just wait for credit or collections deptto call me. Monthd later i get phone calls by collections i tried to explain my situation numerous times. I was never fully heard out by anyone. One collector had the audacity to say that the sales rep didnt have a gun to my head forcing me tobuy it..... I finally come into contact with a nice assistant mamager who was kind enough to explain my situation to her supervisor by the name of Connie who did help me and was able to make the return. Now that my account was back to normal and no longer in default i went to location in Los Angeles where i was looking to purchase an e-scooter on credit. Once there sales rep says oh sorry tou have to reactivate your accohnt please go to credit dept. Once there rep. Tells me that my initial credit application was not fully filled out. To my humiliation she blurts out a comment in regards to me being denied. Which is BS! How then was it that i was approved by same store only a couple months before. Aside from working for Instacart for several years dating to pre Covids pandemic im also a licensed hairstylist. Ive never been denied credit anywhere. Especially not at a location where they wont even provide you with copy of credit check as stated in the fine print to their credit application. Greatly disappointed in the mannerin which things were taking care of or the...

Sunday, July 18, 2021 0 stars. I was approved for $1,800. Waited for a month for my card, never came. Went into the store and made an $800 purchase, and they began calling me within days saying I somehow went over my $700 credit limit and needed to begin making payments to avoid being sent to collections. Out of 20 times calling the store, 19 didn’t answer and 1 answered and immediately hung up. The only-store employees in the credit department didn’t know/couldn’t fix the very apparent issue on Curacao’s part, and the manager wasn’t available the 3 times visiting the store and waiting for over an hour each time. The second card I requested after waiting the first month, also never came. The people at Curacao are not only incompetent, but they simply do not care about, nor value their customers whatsoever (based off telephonic and in-person interactions with over 20 different employees at entry and managerial levels). Save yourself the time and hassle, do not associate yourself with this store or company.

UPDATE Friday, July 23, 2021 I originally posted this review this past Sunday evening. The owner replied Monday, as you can see. In hopes of finding a beneficial resolution (or any resolution, at this point), I followed the owner’s directions and emailed the escalation email address provided on that same Monday. On Wednesday a Curaçao employee had called while I was just finishing up getting my haircut, so I asked for them to please call me back in 5 minutes. They said okay, but they didn’t call back in 5 minutes, or that day. They haven’t called back at all.. It’s now Friday evening, and I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever get the assistance I require and deserve. If not, I believe the next step will be to dispute the account with the proper credit bureau(s) associated with Curacao credit, and to report to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) expressing my dissatisfaction and dilemma. Calling this a time consuming headache, would be putting it nicely. I truly do not appreciate any of this, as a supposedly valued customer and member. I feel like...

Ok so I call this place the latino Macy's and I mean that as a compliment it's an interesting place to shop . First when you walk in it's very well laid out I that you can see e erything as you walk th rough it's bright it's white and it's ever so slightly over priced. But the have lots of brands in every category on display which does not always reflect what they have in stock. That fact is a problem because the staff clearly leads you in the direction of what's I. Stock so I am never very clear how honest of knowledgeable about the items I am asking about the staff is being. Let's discuss the staff for a minute who for the most part is just fine and mostly female on the sales Floor and mostly male I. The stock customer service and security positions. I don't speak Spanish and that has been a minor issue on just about every visit. I have had sales people walk right past me for long periods of time a d I had to walk up to a sales person each time I have shopped there. But I must say I went to another one of their stores in los angeles and was literally told that I could not buy a camera that was on sale because it was the last one and "someone else may come back to buy someone from my country" I went on to tell the gentleman that it was pretty ballsy for him to just come out and say that and he just smiled shook his head in an affirmative movement. He had no clue what I said or how bad what he said was. I did not make an issue of it because I don't think the guy would have understood me. That was disappointing but it did not make me angry. I have never seen anyone but Latinos in there which is fine but I have nevevr felt overwhelmingly welcome there but I am thinking it's a store I just require them to have whT I am looking for and I need for them to sell it to me. It would be nice if I felt like a valued customer but it's america I don't expect perfection. In terms of having an account there which I do they are ok makes lots of mistakes buy today nobreally huge ones Check them out draw your own conclusions I would be interested in hearing...
