If I could give zero starts I would. This is has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a clothing company.
Absolute terrible. Itâs been over a month that I have been waiting for a refund to my card. I was originally refunded 5 dollars on a 40 dollar order and then charged an extra 7 dollars. It makes no sense. The customer service lady said I was going to be charged a 7 dollar return fee which wasnât disclosed at check out. And she just refunded me 5 dollars instead of 40. I explained it was the incorrect amount sent pictures of time and date stamped receipt still and was still refused my 40 dollars. This has happened before and it took weeks to fix. I have the company a second chance and now it is taking months to fix. I really use to like this company but it has been the worst customer service experience ever. I have contacted more than once about this return and still havenât received a penny just been charged more for no reason. Every time I contact I am turned away and the customer service tells me to wait. I HAVE BEEN WAITING. For over a month. I cannot believe how rude customer service is. CAnd the fact that this company refuses to give me my 40 dollars back. I really didnât want to write a bad review online because maybe there is some miscommunication. But I just want my money back. It is also so annoying that it is all over email. There is no support line to call or a person to actually have a conversation with. Itâs just all through email where they ignore the fact that they are literally stealing my money by refusing it give me a refund. The fact that this company hasnât been sued for doing stuff like this is beyond me. I just want my refund it doesnât seem like a huge deal. I have a paper trail, digital receipts, and still nothing. Itâs so frustrating will definitely not be shopping here again.
This is fraud and literal theft. And if the owner wants to reply with hey babe email me. I did several times. Check the damn email.
Note* I understand being charged 7 dollars if I had to ship it back. But I didnât. I went into the store to return and to get a paper receipt of the return because I had a feeling this company would try to take my money once again. I was told in store it would take a few business days. It has been over a month now. Do better. This is fraud and theft. To not give me my money and charge an additional 7 dollars this company should feel ashamed about the way they treat...
   Read moreSo there was a leather jacket from their Hello Kitty collection I really wanted that seemed like it was sold out by the time I could get it. Fortunately (well, ultimately unfortunately) I checked a week or so later and there was one there in my size. I ordered it as my Christmas present from my mom and when it got here I didnât open it since she didnât want me to see it before Christmas. In the meantime, I had contacted a photographer and everything, because my friend had ordered something else from their Hello Kitty collection and we were planning a punk Hello Kitty photoshoot using them. Fast forward to Christmas, I finally open this thing, and guess what, itâs not the leather jacket I planned a whole photoshoot around at all, itâs a big fur coat. I contacted them and from there it was a mess; it always took them at least a day to get back to me, it was a different person responding every time, they told me immediately they didnât have any more of the leather jacket and only offered me store credit in exchange. Well, obviously, I donât want to order anything else from this place after all this. So I tell them no, I want my money back. Eventually, someone took care of it and refunded me, which I appreciate, but the fact that I even needed to demand such a thing is ridiculous. Itâs not as if Iâm making a return, I ordered something and you didnât send it to me. Not only that, but I get the feeling it was on purpose. That the leather jacket was sold out the first time and either it was a mistake that the website started showing there were some left and that they thought they could just send something else instead, or that they thought they could make some more money by just selling more since it was a popular item and instead sending an item that wasnât selling as well and we wouldnât complain, since it was technically worth more money. Needless to say, I am complaining, cause this fur coat isnât my style at all and it screwed up the entire photoshoot, which would have been a positive endorsement for their company, rather than all this. It sucks because some of their stuff is cool, but I will never shop from here again and Iâll warn anyone else against it too. I shouldâve listened to all the bad things Iâd heard about...
   Read moreI went to shop in person and purchased something that day (Thurs). I needed this item for the next day. I asked the male associate if it would arrive at the store tomorrow and he reassured me they would between 3-5 pm mind you I paid for my item at 1:30 pm. Now itâs (Friday)this is my 2nd time driving down to the store expecting to get my item like I was supposed to. Now here ready to pick up my items I give my name and the clerk tells me oh itâs not ready I was like?!?! I explained to her and she said no they received a shipment at 10 am if itâs not there then youâll need to wait until Monday. So I asked the girl why wouldnât he just tell me that yesterday I wouldâve understood but your employee assured me. So now I have to wait the whole weekend to go buy. (Monday)comes around to add to it all they donât even have a number to call the store just email and some number where you can text questions?! So I tried both of options to try and reach them and received no response so I drive back down there for the 3rd time now and now their excuse was that the payment was pending. So now Iâm furious like whatâs going on here they donât respond to emails or texts and your wasting my time and gas money because of your mistake. Now Iâm told to wait for a response from them. (Wed) Comes around I got a ridiculous email from them stating there was a mistake now my order was getting shipped to some where in Indiana. So I reached back out to them very upset. (Thurs) I get a response that my item is finally there. 4th time now driving to the Fairfax store and I have to say it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! It took a whole week to get my item horrible service and their staff should be more informed instead of giving false answers. Also the response team for emails and text should be trained or staff more people to handle the demand because overall it was a bad experience.
