Shark Boat Tours John's Pass — Attraction in Madeira Beach

Last week we did a Shark Boat Tour because we had a couple hours until check in. We really didn't expect too much but WOW, Tev and Alex were great! I cannot express how you two made us feel so welcome to Flordia. We went on other tours and did not have as much fun as with these two. We spent a week in Flordia being tourists from Minnesota and this was the high light of our trip. Although it was short, just about an hour, it was so fun! Alex was great with the kids and Tev came around and talk to everyone on the boat and asked us about where we were from and what our plans are, and gave us a little background about himself. It wasn't awkward, or just another tour they were giving, or just a paycheck they really enjoyed it with us, (well at least they played it off that way). We found some dolphins and the kids really enjoyed the show! The tour was not only about dolphins, but Tev talked about some of the land marks and some of the nice homes there. These two are really great indivudials, who are very kind, down to earth, and made us feel very welcome. I would recomend this tour to anyone that comes to the area. Had an amazing time on the Shark Boat! At first the dolphins were shy so we didn't see them for the first half the trip but then 2 dolphins started swimming alongside the boat and were playing and doing flips the rest of the time! Captain Jamie and assistant Grace were awesome guides and pointed out some of the beautiful but $$$ homes in the area and also some important landmarks. This boat is very family friendly and kids 2 and under ride free! My 2 year old son had a blast examining the shark's teeth at the front of the boat. At the end, he even got to take a picture with the Captain's steering wheel! We had a great time! The only gripe (if you could even call it that) is that the shark boat price is pretty much the same price as dolphin quest tour from the same company and that tour lasts 90 min and this one was 60 min. Thank you Captain Jim and First Mate Tracey for the most incredible dolphin and Manatee odyssey ever!!!! We went out on the shark boat last week to try another Dolphin experience (my first amazing trip was with Tracey and another wonderful Captain on the Dolphin Quest in March). They agreed this trip was spectacular! They said you don’t always have 6 dolphins playing in the wake for such a long stretch. The reality of having the dolphins so close you could touch, them was life changing! No words can really describe it. Then they also took us to see 9-10 manatees swimming along in shallow water. Extraordinary! Tracey and Captain Jim made sure our trip was exciting, fun, and Over the top memorable! Can’t thank you enough and I highly recommend you to everyone I know.
