I wonder how CEO of Best Buy CEO Corie Barry feels about the horrible rating her company consistently receives.
I know this as I just spent over an hour trying to reach a manager after the television install we scheduled for our 85 year old parents did not show up. I first spent 35 minutes trying to reschedule with someone with zero compassion and offered a date 10 days out. I was supposed to receive a call back from a manager, Ha! I knew that wouldn't happen.

Although I did not purchase this item from Best Buy, The Geek Squad was more than happy to help me configure the printer and did not charge me anything for their service. After changing a color ink cartridge I again had issues connecting to the printer, so I returned to Best Buy and the squad again helps me without charge.
