Boujee Bistro — Restaurant in Memphis

Never in my life have I had such a horrible dining experience. Well, can’t call it a dining experience since only one person at my table of 4 was served (cold) food after waiting well over an hour. There was only 1 other table of customers in the entire restaurant.Despite the plethora of staff milling about, not once did anyone even offer us a refill of water. If you want anything to drink besides their over priced “specialty” drinks, be prepared for them not to have it and for it to be served in a 4oz plastic cup. There were no apologies given for the lack of service and decorum. Ultimately we left. Worst customer service ever! It took the food over 2 hours to come out. We ordered a hookah and it took the waitress two hours to tell us they didn’t have any tips but we could smoke without it if we didn’t want it. Then they asked what could they do to compensate for the food coming out so late and cold! We asked for 4 green tea shots. The Hispanic Bartender B said don’t worry about it. We we cancelled the hookah because they didn’t have tips but brought it out 2 hours later. I’m not the one who ordered it but was charged for it. The ticket was 124 and included the shots they said don’t worry about, the waitress philencia had a nasty attitude and stated she didn’t have any change she didn’t need my money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone....

This is a nice spot. Unfortunately, the service is severely lacking. The Boujee Bistro is not for the Boujee. They provide you with pastic utensils, but give you absolutely no food. I ordered eggs, sausage, waffle, and fruit. I have been waiting over an hour and a half and I still have nothing. On the other hand, my friend ordered the three wings and waffle. She got her food in what I believe was a reasonable amount of time for an establishment that isn't ready to be open. She stated the wings were good, the waffle she described as extremely hard.
