Honestly I would have to say I did not have a great experience. I feel like it started once we walked up. No one had a good attitude or welcoming vibe, but you know you push peopleâs attitude to the side because itâll effect yours, yeah I had to do that. Then to make it worse they had my life in their hands and was so carefree with it. Once we walked up they went straight into sign this waiver, no pep talk, no what to expect, no safety rules, none of the above. Then we proceed to get on the boat, still zero communication we just took off. Not even two minutes into the ride it, we had a bad experience in the boat, which felt like it was done on purpose and like it was literally going to flip us. Of course the boat is going to bounce and rock but itâs like he sped up and before we knew it we were rocking, bouncing, and a whole wave of water just crashed on us. All he did was continue the journey. We were panicking and they still didnât feel the need to warn us. I asked for a life vest instantly, but noticed that they didnât even have enough of those. They say sign this waiver weâre not responsible and canât even provide enough vest. The boat ride was so bad that I couldnât even mask my fear enough to go in the air, my stepdad was sick before his turn, and before we started the one and ONLY thing they made clear was no refund and that was after someone asked a simple question. Instead of answering his answer was you canât get a refund, which is literally already written everywhere. Just answer the question. I was so scared for my life I asked to go back and instead of being sympathetic itâs like we were just irritating them. Overall customer service sucked and I feel like they know people are going to get out there and panic and they prey off that with the no refund policy. They made over a thousand dollars in that one hour and still has a no refund policy for people who generally canât do it. It doesnât have to be the whole amount but donât give us a bad experience and take our money. For the people that did make it to the air they said parasailing was way better then being on the boat and the best part about they wholeee experience. Almost $300 for a horrible boat ride, horrible host, and only 8-10 minutes in the air for those who did do it. Edit: Now that I read more comments is upsets me cause it makes me feel like maybe we got that experience because we were all...
Read moreMy husband, along with our two kids (ages 6 and 7), just returned from a day full of fun and adventure with FlySobe!! Everything about our tour from start to finish was 5*. Parking was free at the marina, but we were able to easily walk from our condo at the Continuum. We met the Flysobe crew in front of Monty's, and they were very punctual and friendly. We shared our tour with three other couples. This was an unexpected plus, because while the others had their turn parasailing, we enjoyed time riding around on the boat! Our captain and crew/ photographer were very nice and helpful with our kids. They acted like they genuinely enjoyed their job, and it was such a pleasure just getting to chat with them. I would HIGHLY recommend adding the photo package on, as he took over 400 pictures of our family of four!!! It was so fun having high-quality shots of my kid's reactions especially when we first lifted off the boat.
My husband and I had been parasailing once before in Hawaii and, honestly, this was better. The weather was perfect, our sail super smooth, and the ocean looked crystal clear. We loved getting to see the entire coastline of South Beach during our tour. When you consider that this is a boat tour (of over an hour) along with parasailing, it really makes this a great buy that we will definitely do again in the future.
Our kids loved dipping their feet in the ocean towards the end of our sail and are still talking about how this was the highlight of our entire week in Miami. My husband and I completely agree that this was a perfect tour for our whole family and are so thankful for the memories that Flysobe...
Read moreI give you guys 5 stars just to not ruin your statistics and business.
Our adventure started from a bad note because we received a call to reschedule our trip for 1,5 hours earlier due to weather conditions. When we booked a tour we checked that weather is going to be better after 4pm thatâs why we booked it after 4pm, and we were a little surprised when the company asked as to start earlier for 1,5 hours and we agreed. After we arrived, they asked me to sign the form at contract, and there was a price for the trip how much I paid (I paid with tips as well) , and a Tip section on this form was empty like assuming I didnât pay any tips or I want to pay more tips. After few seconds looking at this form the lady told me donât put anything at tips section , just write the total amount. It was a little weird because I already paid tips and it should be mentioned at that form , nevertheless it looked like I didnât pay any tips. After that we were asked to wait half an hour because the weather was bad. Eventually we ended up waiting with the same time we booked initially , so we spent 2 hours just waiting. On the boat there is a writing that Tips are greatly appreciated. After the trip crew also asked for tips , and I felt that we didnât give them any tips. I donât understand why people need to ask tips 4 times (First time online when you book. Second time on site when you sign the contract . Third time - big inscription on the boat , and fourth time from crew in the end. Please do something...
