Exceptional belligerent and bigoted customer service. I am on holiday in miami for a month and I saw the reviews and booked a massage paying upfront almost $400. That's not before even entering the premises nor a hold of a charge, it's a full charge. Therefore I put my confidence into the expert professionalism of the company in the utmost high regard. After travelling already 1hour 40 in an uber from pompano beach a huge accident taking the life of two men on the i95, I messaged a Elisa informing her that this horrific circumstance meant a small delay of 20 minutes or 30 minutes. She offered no concern to the horrific accident and proceed with the text messages I have attached. The response is not up to my standards of professionalism where compassion are called. As a new customer I am sure money would have been acquired in very generous tips as I usually leave 100 to 150. The unprofessional and questionable responses of "oh wow" and "my time is important." Is very low quality and undeserving of my time or attention. All though a refund has been promised by the company, to those witness to this review, can clearly see they are ignoring responses, making matters worse for themselves. Whilst of course I appreciate and understand an independent business has rules and charging fees, on this occasion the spa demonstrated unprofessional and engrigious responses. You will sincerely appreciate that it is also of deep concern the company has made it clear the premise are victims to frequent fraud. Fraud to their own measured response of "the owner is getting too many credit card frauds." Means that something is not very correct with this premise and customers reading this review should resist paying with card or a warning should be provided on their website, this would ensure customer have the option to not book online and protect themselves. The company could be putting proper measurements in place to protect victims and themselves with proper safeguarding payment links and better security in place. I am largely concerned over the admission and now the non response to me. When it comes to common sense this establishment has shown me they are incapable of having sensible conversations and their attitude is not compatible with my standards of decency and integrity. I also at that point was bombarded with a total of 7 calls in the space of 30 minutes, which is largely harassing. I shared my experience in a five star resort, where I got a booking last minute everybody laughed at their conduct and said I was better off and had a narrow escape. The receptionists in the five star hotel saw the messages and in infact said the behaviour was so childish they offered me a free 30 minute massage to show me what 'real hospitality is to genuine customers'. And on that occasion a 200 dollar tip. I can also confirm the most recent response of 'don't talk to me talk to my boss.' Is also exceptionally displaced responses to customers as it is your culpability to pass on the refund transaction you have authorised to your boss. It appears whatever you can do to be awkward and show malpractice in trading standards, you are excelling it.I am sure the staff here will attempt to labour rules and regulations but in the end the booking had to be terminated due to the therapist providing sarcastic comments and rude responses which caused offence and was not professionally managed properly.

I visited this place a few weeks back and loved the vibe and location. They have several rooms throughout the space, a massage chair and a cold plunge. They are located on the first floor, white building on Jefferson and 6th street. I loved the messages posted outside and the relaxing music playing you can hear even before getting in. I tried the massage chair for about 15-20 mins and was able to choose the intensity and focus areas. I also had a massage by Shane and Alejandra who worked really well together. Shane was great at guiding me through the process and reminding me to breathe to help me relax. Some movements were a little uncomfortable but both Shane and Alejandra were constantly communicating with me to ensure I was doing OK. The massage was about 20-30 mins. and I felt great afterwards. You can tell they both know what they are doing and were open to answer all my questions. I would love to go back and try another massage or other services!

Carolina was fantastic. Probably the best I ever had! Ashiatsu is a must to try. She spent her time and energy making sure I felt great AND I DID! Started and ended my blissful 90 minutes with deep tissue Ashistsu.. I fell in love with Miami Massage Therapy the instant I entered. See the pictures and the energy and karma were very positive. And I felt at home especially when I noticed the Spray bidet. First time I've ever seen a spray bidet hose outside of my throne room (bathroom!) My massage was better than cruise ship massages and they are very good but you can't get Ashiatsu while at sea on most cruise ships! I'll make time every time I'm in Miami Beach to treat myself to a massage therapy session at Miami Massage Therapy! I'm Simon and I approve this message. :-)

I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the most amazing massage service on the beach, and I can't express enough gratitude to Nelson and Carolina for their exceptional skills and unwavering dedication. Even when the rain started pouring, they never failed to make us feel relaxed and utterly taken care of.

From the moment we arrived at the picturesque beach location, we were greeted by Nelson and Carolina with warm smiles and a genuine passion for their craft. Their professionalism and attention to detail were immediately evident, as they had prepared a cozy and sheltered area, complete with comfortable massage tables and soothing music.

Despite the unpredictable weather, Nelson and Carolina managed to create an oasis of tranquility amidst the raindrops. As we settled onto the massage tables, their magical hands began to work their wonders, expertly kneading away the stresses and tensions that had accumulated within our bodies.

What impressed me the most was their ability to adapt to the changing conditions seamlessly. With the rain pouring down, they skillfully adjusted their techniques to ensure that the massage experience was not compromised in any way. Their movements remained fluid and purposeful, as if they were in perfect harmony with nature itself.

The combination of the rhythmic sound of raindrops falling on the surrounding sand and the soothing strokes of Nelson and Carolina's hands created a symphony of relaxation. It was as if the rain itself was lending its therapeutic touch to the entire experience, making it even more special and rejuvenating.

Nelson and Carolina's dedication to our well-being was evident throughout the session. They attentively listened to our concerns and preferences, customizing the massage to address our specific needs. Their expertise and intuitive understanding of the human body ensured that every stroke and pressure point was precisely tailored to provide maximum relief and comfort.

The entire experience was enhanced by the beautiful beach setting. The gentle sea breeze, the soft sand beneath our feet, and the rhythmic crashing of waves added a layer of serenity that cannot be replicated in a traditional indoor setting. It was a true feast for the senses, allowing us to connect with nature while indulging in the therapeutic benefits of the massage.

By the end of the session, we felt utterly transformed. The rain may have continued to fall, but Nelson and Carolina's expert touch had transported us to a state of pure bliss. We emerged from the beach feeling rejuvenated, renewed, and eternally grateful for the unforgettable experience they provided.

Nelson and Carolina's beach massage service is nothing short of extraordinary. Rain or shine, their skills, adaptability, and unwavering dedication ensure an unparalleled experience of relaxation and well-being. If you're seeking a massage service that goes beyond the ordinary and allows you to connect with nature's soothing embrace, look no further. Treat yourself to the magic that Nelson and Carolina create, and be prepared to be transported to a state of pure bliss.

A heartfelt appreciation goes out to Nelson and Carolina for their outstanding work and for always making us feel okay,...

Always pass by this place and finally decided to give it a try because they were available to take a later appointment. I am so happy I came. It was really chill and professional massage. My therapist was Antonio and he was perfect! I was a little shy to have male therapist at first but he made me feel totally comfortable. Worked out the knots in my neck really well but also kept the pressure really comfortable so I could still enjoy it. I’ll definitely go back again! (Update) I have been returning to this place and it is my go to for a great massage. Antonio is no longer there but I have had Allegra and Lisa as my therapist since then and they are great as well. Soothing and kind (Update) just had massage with therapist Angelica and she helped work out so much tension in my shoulders and neck she worked hard to get rid of some knots I had I feel so much better! (Update 09/2025) I haven’t been able to come in a long time and I was long overdue for a massage I came with a lot of knots and tension and feeling weak but Amanda was incredible massage therapist to have my first massage in a long time left me reminded why regular massages are so important she really helped me release so much stress and knots and tension especially in my upper shoulders and neck one of the best massages I’ve had there. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed and tiny and her pressure was perfect. Plus this place is always awesome that it’s close by and accommodates later...
