I was told that the quartz stone that was found amist other stone ranging from 12.99 and 14.99 in price was 14.99 upon handing it to the store clerk for inspection. The stone did not have a price tag as was found along other quartz stone similar to it. They store clerk talked with her associate and agreed on charging me 14.99 for the stone. I was ecstatic as it was a cool stone and I had just came to their store after receiving a medical treatment after I found out I had a low grade cancer. The stone made me happy as my day was rough. They clerk took a closer look at the stone and took it away. They did not give me a refund for it and put the stone on layaway instead. They claimed that the stone was actually worth 59.99 and I was told to come back later to talk to the store owner, Lynda. This had bummed my day out more. Today when I went to talk with the store owner and was rudely told that the stone was now 69.99. I had tried to see about the pricing and why it kept increasing. I was then told that I had offended her for trying to peacefully work out the pricing as I was inconvenienced. I was originally told that the stone was 14.99 and paid for it only to have to taken away and now being forced to pay a higher price for it. The lady was extremely rude to me and had caused me to cry while pressuring me to either buy the stone for 69.99 or keep it in layaway. When I could not fully make a decision and tried to call my husband for advice, she threw money back at me and went on about how when you find a dropped item in the store that item is not mine and how department store still have to charge the right price rather than honering their mistake. I was pressured I to buying the stone for the "right" price and I did. Once I was able to get ahold of my husband he got me to go back and get a refund. I don't understand why I was lied to and almost scammed. They used a bait and switch tactic on me which is...
Read moreGreat little store. Friendly experienced staff! They have created a safe space for all! If your having issues and need guidance and things to help you on you healing path they will listen. I have gotten some good advice and ADVICE I needed to listen too. They keep it very real! The store is packed with all kinds of goodies! Rocks, Jewelry, statues, candles, dresses, tarot cards, candle holders, incense, incense burners, wind chimes, trolls, and they also offer Aura Photography where they take your picture and the camera takes a picture of your Aura. It’s really cool. I had mine done and make it a point to do it around my birthday every year. Lynda at the shop does tarot readings and she was spot on with mine. They have awesome sales several times a year. And free food and drinks. A couple of the ladies normally dress up for fun. It’s a blast to go and hang out. I’ve been a shop rat for 26 years. I have social anxiety and from day one everyone there over the years have made me feel like I just walked in the front door to home. A very peaceful, welcoming feeling envelops you! The shop is a safe space for everyone. They also offer to ship items for you if you live far away or can’t get out. You pay the shipping and they ship it. They have several homebound elderly they ship too! If you find yourself near the shop drop in and check it out...
Read moreI'm just thrilled a place exists around here that caters to people who aren't Christian. Over the time I lived in the city and visited the metaphysical shops from Norman to N OKC, Natures Treasures is my favorite by far. Always a pleasant vibe, nice staff, and basic items I actually use. They have a herb and oil wall. The selection of books is good and the staff always helped me find things when I needed it. There are some figurines and stones at a mark up tbh, but frankly I love a shop that isn't just another building full of small stones and white sage. On a personal note, when I went in just looking for something for my daughter's grave after I lost her, the two younger staff members gifted me some beads. I still have those hanging in my car and intend to make a wind chime to hang in the tree over her. Thank you both for that. The other ladies here are always pleasant toward us as well.
Fantastic handmade incense selection at reasonable prices btw. I love their sticks because they don't have that muggy smell that comes from some brand names. "Love" and "Sandalwood Rose" are our favorites so far. They usually have seasonal and holiday sales too.
I had to move away from OKC but visit when I'm in the area. Thank you guys for your kindness...
