I am an experienced rider but needed a refresher on basic camping and I had never packed my camping gear on the bike. The Intro to Road Touring - Florida trip was perfect for me. By the end of the week I was living happily out of a tent and packing it all in paniers. Our guide was terrific, the company was enjoyable and the weather was perfect. I will absolutely tour again with Adventure Cycling.

Loved my visit here. If you are cycling the TransAm, or just love bicycles, stop by and say hi. They'll weigh your bike, give you the tour, and add your photo to the wall!

THE best fully supported tours are offered by Adventure Cycling. We (my wife and myself riding a tandem) have taken tours with many other outfitters, and Adventure Cycling has the best combination of "superb support and route planning" for cyclists who really want to ride rather than take the sag wagon each day. The staff (and especially the leaders) do an outstanding job at planning routes and arranging tours and points of interest along the way (including replanning when closed roads suddenly change the plans). The meals and ride day snacks and support were way above the norm in variety and quality, and all the campsites were first-rate (with showers and all the amenities needed each night). We now choose to go on several trips a year with Adventure Cycling, and will continue to do so as long as we can...

I did my first ever bike tour with these folks. It was amazing! It was fully supported with baggage handling and SAG support. Tammy was a great tour leader, Sid was very helpful mechanic. Overall a wonderful experience. If you get to talk to Emma when you make arrangements, you've lucked out! She's the sweetest person you might ever meet. All the tour attendees were great people and very friendly and helpful. The biking community is really great. I did the southern Arizona road adventure in spring 2018 and i had a blast. Days 1&2 were a little brutal. 59 and 68 miles respectively. It was much colder at night than expected, so bring warm clothes and camping gear. The caterers were great and the food was good. They had Gf and Df options if that...

After a couple of tough days of technical troubles on our two week cycle tour, imagine our delight when an adventure cycling association van pulled up to us as we changed our sixth flat on a harrowing decent down from Paradise on Mount Rainier, WA. They offered, spare tubes and some trouble shooting immediately and then made a huge drive out of their way to help us fix the problem (including giving us the tires off the guide's own bike) and ferrying us up an incredibly daunting pass to get us back on schedule for our trip. We use their maps religiously on our tours and are sooo grateful for getting us out of our downward spiral....
