Ended up at this theater because the showtime was ideal and it was on my grandparent's way home. They let us purchase tickets by calling in and describing where in the theater we prefered which was a huge plus since I didn't have time to mess with creating an online account.
Google maps tried to have us park in what turned out to be a closed structure and once we did find a place, we unsuccessfully walked around the outside of the theater trying to get in. After about 5 minutes I called for directions and it turns out the only way is from inside the mall.
Once inside, guest services happily provided out tickets, printed out the receipt, and handed over the Closed Captioning device I always request.
Seats are the standard kind rather than the recliners that are becoming the norm. The theater was much warmer than I expected (not to the point that I was sweating, but I definitely didn't need the short sleeved summer cardigan I brought to go over my dress).
All the staff I encountered were very helpful and the bathrooms were clean.
TLDR: Movie theater can only be accessed from inside the mall. Theaters themselves aren't kept super cold (at least when I went the first week of July), so your probably won't need a jacket. Mobile data for AT&T is VERY poor inside the theater, so if there is anything you need to access while you are there download...
Read moreNever again. We came here because it was National Cinema Day and we wanted to take advantage of the $4 tickets and this was the only place that still had tickets.
First, there was a security near the Round 1 entrance (which you are prompted to use to get to the theater) who was turning everyone back. He told like 10 different groups that the whole mall was shut down and that included the theater. Luckily, we called Harkins and they said they were open and that the mall was not closed. When we confronted the security guard, he said “he had just been told” and that he was only a security for Round 1.
Now let’s talk about the theater. Everything about this place was off. The seats are old and super uncomfortable. The whole place was filthy. There were so many obnoxious, unaccompanied kids who crashed our showing only to be loud and disruptive. They have security but the security was too busy with personal calls.
We are so glad we didn’t play full price because, my gosh, this place was TERRIBLE. Then on our way out there were literal fights breaking out in the...
Read moreNo problem with the theater itself but customer service was beyond low. Two people were behind the counter and we were next. Two other people were behind us shortly after. The male I believe his name with Christopher(had curly hair in a bun and wore a red shirt)it was hard to read as he kept moving- was finishing up a guest then looked at us and moved behind the machines. He was supposed to help as it appeared to have two lines. Adriana/Adrienne whatever began helping the people behind us. We were obviously Next. We asked why she helped them and she said there is one line. Okkkkk but you saw us and you didn't even say anything? Or tell us where the line formed which was near her anyway like 6 feet away. We didn't even get an apology, absolutely nothing. The other couple behind us even questioned why they did that to us. It was rude. The male comes up and acts like nothing happened or make eye contact and does nothing but stand there...didn't even help others or ring just watched his female coworker. Both of them were just less than helpful. Minus two for...
